I booked deluxe room, unfortunately hotel give me very bad room with bad pillow and others, after that I complain to them I book another room but you may be give me wrong room, again they change my room to first floor where don’t have any window also don’t shower and toilet don’t have any partition, if I take shower it’s mean it’s not possible to use toilet. Very bad service. I don’t recommend anyone to this hotel. I attached first room photos and second room toilet photo

We just completed a month stay in Vietnam and deliberately chose the Splendid as our last spot before we departed, and we were not disappointed. Our stay was made memorable by the staff who try their best to make it memorable. In particular Ding Dong and his colleagues were expert in anticipating our needs, and who were so kind. They also arranged for us Ha Long Bay, street food tour and Spa, which is amazing. If you want a special place in the old quarters, the Splendid ought to be on top of your list.

The room was pleasant & cleaned / fresh towels every day. It is located in the heart of 'old town'. All staff were very attentive & nothing was too much trouble. They did good recommendation for Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh Day tour which we were enjoined. Really nice introduction to Vietnam/Hanoi on our first ever visit.

I felt comfortable staying at Splendid hotel. The staff very enthusiastically welcomed me. I am very lucky to be supported with free early check-in and upgraded room class. Mr. Dong introduced and booked a tour for me in Ha Long bay, Ninh Binh at a good price. And Ms. Rose at receptionist arranged a massage schedule for me after I returned from the tours. Thank you for your support giving me a wonderful vacation

Well, I felt great when booking a room at Splendid Hotel. All staff always welcome my family. They are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really delicious and the beef noodles is yummy. Good location in the Old Quarter and nice value for price.
Ms. Rose and Mr Harry at front desk take care my family any time. Mr Ding arranged some trip for my family. He even was willing to assist us with our travel 5 days after we had departed the hotel through what’s up. Thank Splendid so much, I will back soon.
