The waiter speaks good English and has a special laundry service, but it's a pity that it costs money. The environment is not bad, and there is Hanoi's newest subway within 100 meters. It is convenient and fast to get in and out. I like it here very much

I am in love with this hotel) nice, clean (clean every day), excellent service. located in
very nice place, 10-15 min to Old Quarter, but not so noisy, and not so much peopke. Wifi was ok, hot water was every time i used a bathroom, in the room bathtube, bathrobes, kettle, complimentary water, fridge, although be ready that it switches off when you take out tge hotel card. But if you need keep smth for breakfast - perfect. Amazing balcony, big and beautiful, nice for enjoying your morning coffee, next to hotel a lot of cosy caffee, and convinient store.
The location is great if you need to go to Bus Station in early morning or night. The elevator is a huge plus, but it will disturb you at night. Bed sheets were dirty and dotted (probably, burns). There is a mold in a room, so the administration tried to deodorize it as much as they could, so it was impossible to stay inside and I asked about another room, which was decent, but bed sheets also had some ugly strains.
Some rooms have no windows.

Very Good
PPetrI stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my wife.
The staff was polite and friendly, the bed and room were clean, it was clear that the renovation was recent, and the location was just excellent, overall I liked everything.
But still, there are a couple of points that require their voice, so that future guests have a complete picture. These are not disadvantages, just features that should be taken into account:
1) Photos and reality have differences, so I am attaching a couple of my photos.
2) The shower does not have endless warm water, and there is also no curtain and the drain goes towards the toilet, because of this, when you wash the entire floor in the bathroom is wet.
3) The door was photographed from the inside, as you can see there are no mechanical devices for locking (like a chain), only electronic locking and no peephole, in general it is fine for me, but for girls traveling alone or in small groups this usually matters, although in general Vietnam is a safe country :)
4) In our room there were 2 windows and 1 door to the balcony, in both windows there was a blank wall opposite, my wife found this somewhat uncomfortable, but the balcony was normal.
We spent a wonderful weekend in this hotel, and did not regret choosing it.

GGuest UserThere is no hair dryer, but everything else was fine.
However, because the noise of the bike was so loud that it was hard to sleep, and because the woman didn't speak English, when I spent 2,000 dong to buy water that cost 200 dong, I only got back 800 dong, and I almost got confused about my change.
Well, it happens everywhere, so I didn't really worry about it, but the woman who owns the place is very kind, so if you let your finances be careless, you'll end up in trouble.
There are two types of keys: a turn type and a chain type.
NNguyễnThe price of this hotel is good, but the location is not ideal, it is a bit difficult for tourists to find
The rooms are nice, elegant and the price is very good. However, the design of the toilet is very bad. It would be strange if the family were in the same room, because the people in the toilet can be seen outside.
Except for the toilets and venues, everything else is okay.
