客服人員服務態度非常好，熱情有禮貌，在客房不緊張的情況下免費幫我升級房間户型。距離會展中心較近，裝修稍微有點舊。價格合適

不是第一次入住了，必須要給前台的經理小姐姐點贊，服務熱情，還額外送了格瓦斯飲料給我，非常貼心。這個酒店不但房間大，停車場也大，停車非常方便，很適合我們開車一族。餐廳是外包的，要是能再有自己的餐廳就更加完美了。酒店下午還免費提供下午茶，來杯咖啡和小點心還是非常不錯的哦。

為了任賢齊演唱會去的哈爾濱，酒店位置離體育館非常近，非常方便。而且酒店入住體驗感非常棒，雖然裝修比較有年代感，但是真的很乾凈！房間很大，前台服務也非常好，還給免費升級了套房。各方面都很滿意

入住後發現座機不好用，從保潔人員到維修師傅到前台王經理都積極解決問題，並對後來的用餐問題特意來房間解除誤會和提出解決方案，嘗試了建議的附近那個餐館，果然很美味。
很感謝兩位前台經理美女，期待下次入住體驗

酒店很好 入住很舒服 衞生也很乾凈 每天的客房服務也很及時 但最最最最好的是前台 前台的那個男生服務態度很好 任何問題都解答的很到位 在我個人行程出現問題也及時的幫忙解決了 已經退完房在前廳等待的時候 還貼心的送上了兩瓶熱水

雖然是傳統賓館的佈局，但是還是很乾凈的。床也比較舒服。服務人員很熱情，有一個大大的停車場🅿️，而且住宿的車輛免收了停車費，早餐也挺豐盛的，中規中矩的飯菜，吃的挺飽的。最重要的一點是離會展中心簡直太近了，看演唱會首選住處，在黃河路會展中心後門旁邊，走路五分鐘吧。總之挺好的。
