必須滿星好評！這個價格還能有這麼好的條件，真的不容易！！性價比極高！！整體裝修風格輕奢極簡，細節很多，一看就是很用心的裝修設計過了！樓梯雖然高了一點，但是也貼心安裝了感應燈。房間和男票視頻，就沒來得及拍，簡單描述一下）總體非常乾淨！！！進門就能看到一台超~~~大的電視機！但是第二天要考試，就沒打開體驗一下（可惜）衞生間真的出乎意料！安裝智能馬桶！！我是沒見過哪個賓館有這個規格的！！洗漱台也很乾凈，沒有陳年老垢那些奇怪的東西，花灑也超大！！配備的洗漱設備質量也很好！而且是一次性紙杯！真的很貼心了好嘛！！床很軟，枕頭也很軟！反正我是超級滿意！！

考試定的房間，我真心覺的挺温馨的。那天下了雪江邊的風景真的很美。下次還想去這家，老闆人非常好。本來我以為離考點遠點了退款，老闆説如果退了就不再是原價了，考試肯定漲價。幫我處理了。真心好，這樣的老闆怎麼能不發財呢！是吧。而且老闆是個小哥哥，長得還帥！

來爾濱的都給我沖他家，松花江的船上，到哪裡都不算遠，性價比超高，在爾濱住房這麼火的情況下，他家絕對值得，比起巴洛克附近400多的7天，簡直是甩8條街的那種，悄悄告訴你老闆還有很多驚喜……比如他們自己在燒烤給我擼了兩串，比在5星好評的店都好吃，還能讓車江面上拉雪圈玩哦，晚上好多從中央大街趕過來的人，沒趕上嘉年華的遺憾稍稍彌補了一點。下次有機會還會選擇這裏！

環境是真心的不錯，離中央大街也不遠。服務人員態度非常熱情還給我們推薦了哈爾濱美食地圖和老道外百年小吃，回去會推薦給身邊的朋友來體驗住在船上的感覺。

直麪松花江，一線江景，非常安靜，離中央大街也不遠，順着江邊步行即可，老闆也熱情，酒店還有KTV餐飲包房，還可以燒烤、燉魚，適合朋友聚會，一個人想安靜幾天也可以住這裏，旁邊還有摩託艇，此次來哈出差在其他酒店住煩了，在這裏住了幾天，非常不錯的體驗……
