I really don't think I've ever had a more comfortable, enjoyable stay than Habsburg hotel. The hotel is just too good for the price. I had the luck of staying in floor 16 and had an amazing view. They even gave a parting gift. Lovely experience. Definitely in contention for my go-to hotel should I have the chance to revisit this wonderful city.

The Ritz Hotel Harbin has a unique design style, revealing nobility in elegance. The service staff is enthusiastic and will answer any questions. They also provide various special snacks from the surrounding area (pot-baked pork, chicken stewed with mushrooms, etc.). The guest rooms are not large, but the layout is warm and comfortable, with complete facilities. The big bed is very comfortable, and there are many varieties of breakfast, which is also very suitable for my taste. In addition, the door of the hotel is very heavy, but don't worry, our enthusiastic service doorman will help you open it🌹

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

The hotel's location is just above Central Street! It's very convenient when you go shopping. If you buy a lot, you can go back and put your things away first. The hotel is considered a historical monument, so most of it has been preserved in its previous state. There are also a lot of cultural relics on display. I wanted to leave right then and there. I finally had breakfast the next morning, and I really have to praise him for this. The standard is really good. Our meal time is seven o'clock! All dishes are freshly served. Fresh and delicious, and freshly cooked Malatang? The bread used is the same as that in the Western restaurant where we went to eat the night before. The hotel facilities are not good enough to experience the history. Maybe it's not to my taste. I asked for the bedding to be changed and when I opened the quilt at night I found my hair still on it. ? ? When I returned to the hotel the next day, I forgot to provide mineral water. After the response, the front desk quickly asked someone to send 2 bottles. The room I stayed in was just on the inside, and it must be the kitchen exhaust fan or smoke exhaust system that kept rumbling until 12 o'clock in the morning. It starts up again at five or six in the morning, which greatly affects your sleep! The windows cannot be opened and are double-layered. Why open it now that it's like this? Even if it’s just one day, do consecutive guests need to pay attention to explaining this issue? Other facilities can be used without any problems, including water temperature, water flow, and independent air conditioning switches. What has no one else said? Don’t worry if the water is not hot or very small. It is recommended that if you want to stay in this hotel, it is best to book a higher-priced room! Maybe the experience will be better

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and is non smoking. An intelligent room services controlled by calling Xiao Du, and the robot sent bottles of water very quickly. The hotel is centrally located near to Central Street and Subway, walking distance to the 松江河畔。 Breakfast is simple but value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very new and the service is very good. The bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas. It is also very convenient to travel. You can walk to where you want to go, and the places where you need to take a taxi are not very far away. In short, the location is really great. When I asked the front desk where there were delicious places, they told me patiently and enthusiastically. It was my first time in Harbin and it gave me a big surprise! Next time I will bring my family to see the Ice and Snow World

The ex-holiday inn. Location is excellent. Front office staffs are accommodating and the bell manager even assist to carry my bag across the street to board my private hail taxi. The only setback for this trip - the central air-conditioning system is NOT switched on yet. Beginning of June, I think the weather is not too cold. We should at least have the option to turn on the Air-con if needed. They did a provide a fan though.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The suite was well designed and ideal with 2 young kids. Only bad thing was I couldn't turn down the central heating. Even with the windows open it didn't cool down. It was in the middle of the winter and the room temperature was 27 Celcius. It was too hot to put on anything more than shorts and t-shirt inside the room. Buffet breakfast has everything you'd want. There is a small supermarket nextdoor and some good restaurants in the area.

The location is very good. There is a big shopping mall in same building where you can find restaurants, supermarkets even drug store easily. Good staff, polite and helpful.

In Harbin, the Ice City, I stayed at Happy Manju Hotel. The hotel is nice, the room is spacious, there is a lot of space, there are no consumer goods in the room, the service staff is enthusiastic, the water and drinks in the room are free, the toiletries in the room are free and very useful, there is also a body scale and a hair dryer in the room, which is very convenient. It also provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very considerate, the bedding is comfortable, and it is very close to Harbin West Station. Manager Dong is enthusiastic and attentive in service [strong]
