It was my first time to come to Harbin and I had a great experience at JI Hotel. First of all, the location is very convenient. From the hotel to Central Street, Sophia Cathedral, and the vegetable market for breakfast, it is very close and can be reached on foot. Secondly, the hotel service is warm and the rooms are neat, very clean, warm and comfortable. The most important thing is that it is very humane and can make hotel guests truly feel at home. Recommended, recommended, recommended, I will choose to stay at Ji Hotel next time I come to Harbin! ! !

Staff were as friendly & helpful as one would expect at an Atour - even when working over Spring Festival. A major reason I often choose this brand. I had an issue with heating in my room on the first night, but was moved to another as soon as I mentioned it. Once in my 2nd room, heating was no issue. Especially appreciated when it was -32c outside. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the metro station is nearby and Snow & Ice World easily accessible from there. There's also a few shops & restaurants nearby, which is handy.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The subway entrance is just outside the door. It is super comfortable and convenient for traveling in the cold and cold Erbin~ The room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. My room has very good lighting. It is sunny and I can feel the bright sunshine in the northeast. The waiters at the hotel were very enthusiastic and recommended many delicious and fun places~ This store is great👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm. My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often. I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service. The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Huge room. Wonderful. The location is perfect, its off the Main Street so you don't get the noise but its a 5 min walk to the main shopping / tourist street. A 10 min walk to the park where you can access the cable car. Really the location is great. 24hour store opposite also, so really useful if you want to keep warm in the room and eat snacks. Speaking of warmth, the room we had was a little cold, but we didn't notice the heater in the room, but once we did, everything is fine. The place is clean and the service staff are friendly - although we didn't need to use them a lot, they always seemed keen. The reason facilities is not 5/5 is just due to the fact there was no breakfast, but as there are stores always nearby and the Main Street is super close, it really doesn't matter. It's a really nice place and especially for the money, its superb value. Would stay again - very easy decision.

The hotel was good. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. 5 ~10 minutes walking distance to everything downtown.

The room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of *********************. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat *****s they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

One of the very satisfactory accommodations during this trip to Harbin; before I checked in, hotel customer service Alisa called me early to learn about the guests, room preferences, and any other special requirements in advance. She also asked for help during the check-in process. Regarding our opinions on the hotel, we actively asked if we would like to delay check-out before checking out. In short, the service was very warm and considerate! The room was prepared in advance before our family arrived at the hotel, and the forest oxygen bar room was thoughtfully upgraded. The PM2.5 in the room was dynamically detected in real time, and the greatest attention was paid to the health of the guests. The hotel swimming pool is very good, although it is not large. , but it is very well maintained and the water quality is exceptionally clear. Swimming in the pool is a great enjoyment for the body and mind!

A very cost-effective hotel. We arrived at the hotel more than eight o'clock. The waiter was very considerate and quickly arranged for me to check in. Originally, we wanted to come over and post the suitcases at the hotel, and then we would come back after playing around. The decoration design of the room is also reasonable, the house is not big, it doesn't feel 32 square meters, but it is practical, with electric curtains and sensor switches. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. Location: Opposite to the children’s park, there are plenty of food in the surrounding area. Disadvantages: The entrance is low relative to the surrounding area, and the entrance and exit will not change when it rains. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room is very good. Facilities: Very good at this price, better than expected. Overall: highly recommended! If I have the opportunity to go to Harbin in the future, I will choose to live here.
