I stayed there for two consecutive nights on February 4th and 5th. I came back at around 3:00 p.m. on the 5th to find that the room was not cleaned, so I called the front desk to notify them to clean the room. However, no one came after more than an hour. I called again to remind them to come. When I checked out on the morning of the 6th, I told the front desk that the auntie didn't give me tea bags when she cleaned the house yesterday, and I hoped to get them back, but they said they didn't have any. After having breakfast next door, I found that my child’s hat might have been left in the room. I wanted to look for it, but was told that I had checked out and couldn’t go up. The hotel chain under Huazhu provides this kind of service, and the inspection of franchisees needs to be strengthened!

The location is close to the city center, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to Central Street and other city center attractions. It's on a small one-way street, relatively quiet. There are many small restaurants downstairs. The barbecue and Northeastern cuisine are very delicious. You won't be hungry even if you come back late in the evening. The facilities are relatively new, the environment is clean, and the decoration is quite elegant. The heating in the room is sufficient, and you can turn on the air conditioner if you feel cold. The only drawback is that the TV cannot cast the screen. The front desk service is very good, providing brown sugar ginger tea and candied haws. The price is relatively cost-effective during the peak season, and the experience is better. I will stay here again next time I come to Harbin.

Very impressed with this hotel! Location is excellent, near the subway and bus stops. Also, very central. Rooms are very clean, and bed is super comfortable. The heater and aircon is working perfectly too. Shower water pressure is strong. Toilet is clean and is even heated. Big TV inside the room, no western channel but there's CGTN which is the only channel in English. Breakfast also superb for the price you pay for. Mostly vegetables and a few meat dishes. A lot of dishes to choose from! We booked months early and got a very good rate. They provide free bottled water, and you can even ask for extra in case you need more. Coffee is also free at the lobby. The lobby is not luxurious or big but its nice and warm. Friendly staff as well. Just not sure if they speak English. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room is very clean, the lobby is very clean and tidy, the transportation is relatively convenient, and the nearby business districts are also relatively complete. It is a good value for money hotel near Central Street. There is a small living room-like partition at the entrance of the room. The hotel is right by the Songhua River. It is within a 10-minute walk to Central Street and the Songhua River Railway Bridge. What I am not satisfied with: the mirror next to the curtain reflects the light from outside, and the mirror faces the bed, so that part is brighter. The B&B next door is under renovation, and they started hammering and banging before 8 am.
