Starway Hotels in Harbin

The check-in experience was very good. The floor was very high and the windows were large. You could see far away. The room was also very large and comfortable. Anything you needed was delivered by a robot, which was very convenient. Tingting at the front desk provided very timely service. Whatever you needed was delivered as soon as you called. The laundry room on the first floor was also very practical. It automatically added detergent, and the washed clothes smelled good. In short, it was great!

We loved our stay in the Starway. Our room was perfect for 3, large and very comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were kind and helpful, doing their best to communicate with us eventhough we don't speak Chinese. The surrounding neighbourhood is great, with the metro nearby and a fascinating maze of little streets to explore and a bustling produce market just by the metro. Highly recommended.

The location is close to the city center, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to Central Street and other city center attractions. It's on a small one-way street, relatively quiet. There are many small restaurants downstairs. The barbecue and Northeastern cuisine are very delicious. You won't be hungry even if you come back late in the evening. The facilities are relatively new, the environment is clean, and the decoration is quite elegant. The heating in the room is sufficient, and you can turn on the air conditioner if you feel cold. The only drawback is that the TV cannot cast the screen. The front desk service is very good, providing brown sugar ginger tea and candied haws. The price is relatively cost-effective during the peak season, and the experience is better. I will stay here again next time I come to Harbin.

The room was very clean. The front desk and the front desk manager were very enthusiastic. I felt the hospitality of Harbin. It is very close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. I will stay in this hotel next time.

It is a good value for money hotel near Central Street. There is a small living room-like partition at the entrance of the room. The hotel is right by the Songhua River. It is within a 10-minute walk to Central Street and the Songhua River Railway Bridge. What I am not satisfied with: the mirror next to the curtain reflects the light from outside, and the mirror faces the bed, so that part is brighter. The B&B next door is under renovation, and they started hammering and banging before 8 am.

Starway, which has not been opened for a long time, has a good location, it is very convenient to go to Baroque, it is also very close to the subway, and there are many buses nearby. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, and the front desk was very polite. Will come to live next time

My hubby loved the hotel as even though I'm from the outside it looks like a basic and small hotel but the interior design is nice and cosy and clean. We are given a trip room and even though the room size, the room was comfy and clean. The hotel isn't as close to central walking street as I thought it is. So end up we still Didi to the walking street. But opposite the hotel there is a supermarket which was nice to shop and also nice restaurant around the area. The price paid is really worthwhile. We will not get such a hotel standard with this price in Singapore. The only cons is that the hotel by the road so the traffic sound can be quite loud. The breakfast spread is also quite decent.

Overall, it's okay, it's quite satisfactory. Health needs to be strengthened. There are masks posted on the wall of the room. One thing I don't understand very much. When I checked in, the front desk said to scan a QR code to bind the room number. The result is that inexplicably registered a useless member, and there is no relationship with the check-in, and there is no binding of any so-called room number. You want to find someone to register a member to complete the task, I can understand, but why is it a lie? It's really speechless to use this means 😓

Due to the late landing, the arrival at the hotel was also delayed. The two brothers at the front desk were very welcoming. They took the trouble to show the children the room, helped to turn on the TV, and thoughtfully helped with the luggage. Because the subsequent itinerary changed, they helped us solve check-out and other booking issues. It was very nice! ! ! The room is also very good, the bedding is very comfortable, although it is on Central Avenue, it is not noisy at all, it is very convenient to eat and shop nearby, and the washing machine and dryer are also very powerful!
