My wife and I thought it was a great experience, all the facilities in the room were great, but the service was very disappointing, I couldn't believe the attitude of the Marriott. I was only staying for one night and paid for breakfast on the day I checked in, but when I checked out I was asked to pay for breakfast again and I spoke to the reception several times but she didn't listen to me and was very indifferent and just told me to pay. I asked to see the manager but she was still very indifferent and in the end they just told me it was okay. The manager on duty that day and that employee didn't even smile a bit, still very cold and rude.
I have always been attracted to Marriott's excellent service and perfect facilities and I have stayed at other Marriott hotels around the world and this was really disappointing to me. I think your hotel should train its staff better!
