Very unprofessional, booked direct paid deposit and waited for acknowledgment. Emailed next day asking for details no response, tried phoning no answer. Sent text still no reply. Eventually got through to someone who dithered said he was on holiday/business out of country! Said he would get back to me he did informed me he’d cancelled my booking and refunded deposit thanks for that!

The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre.
The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds.
The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through ********** and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply.
The car park is also very small. We were made aware of this before we arrived but it was even smaller than expected, our estate car hung out into the road so we couldn’t park there and had to pay in a parking lot.

Fantastic location with parking included but was dirty and smelt.
Wouldn't stay again.
