The hotel is so clean, the room looks like a brand new. Food is amazing, we had dinner (grill) and breakfast. Definitely recommended! It was a great stay for us.

I originally wanted to order Rudding Park, but I have seen the room type and I have been entangled for a long time. I chose West Park and then I was alone in the RP official website. The same 4 stars difference is too much. The suite is very low cost and the restaurant that WP comes with is very expensive. Brunch ate 30+ pounds

We loved staying in this little hotel, a large and clean room with comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean and well stocked coffee and tea tray. As we stayed on Friday, the carvery was served and the food was good (the beef and roasted carrots was excellent) and plentiful with the price you can't beat. Excellent value for money, the same applies for drinks. Welcoming staff and free parking. Despite being positioned by the road , we had a peaceful night , no outside noise. We will stay again here as all together, it was a good hotel to stay in and I recommend it to others , for visits of Ripon, Fountains Abbey, Dales...

First of all, the environment is beautiful. While the rooftop spa can't compare to those in China, it's still quite comprehensive and excellent, featuring a sauna, sunbathing area, itchy tub, foot massage pool, and natural outdoor soaking pool. Most importantly, the service is impeccable, with exceptionally good attitudes. Although my English is limited, the front desk staff patiently explained everything, providing consistently pleasant and friendly service with smiles.

Lovely hotel ticks all our boxes especially ramp for wheelchair users , location, value for money, size of rooms etc. Love the lovely deco throughout out too

It’s was clean and well organised in a very good location. It’s on the Main Street with restaurants and co op.

I stayed one night only but had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed which was great. I enjoyed the evening meal, though choices were limited, and a very good buffet breakfast. The hotel was conveniently situated next to the train station which was ideal for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming too.
