On this trip with friends, choosing this hotel was absolutely spot on! It truly deserves a five-star rating. The front desk service was a major highlight. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. Upon learning my friends and I were looking for a place to unwind in the evening, they immediately recommended the hotel's own bar, suggesting its ambiance was perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. They even thoughtfully highlighted the bar's signature cocktails. We hadn't expected much, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery – the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish. This stellar recommendation from the front desk truly added an unexpected, delightful surprise to our trip. Our room experience was equally impressive. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly designed. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details, like the complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. It was lovely sharing it and chatting with my friends. Each time we returned, our room had been tidied up perfectly. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive! All in all, this was a perfect stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

On the last day of 2024, I checked into the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei Baohe. The hotel should have been open for a while, but the maintenance and hygiene are very good. The lobby has a festive atmosphere. The most important thing is that the service at the front desk is really considerate. It's a pity that I didn't see the name clearly. The smile was very good. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay! 2024 ended perfectly here!
