I usually stay at Sheraton hotels when I travel, but this was my first experience with a Four Points by Sheraton, and I found it quite good. My only suggestion would be to add cotton swabs or cotton pads to the toiletries. The room was very clean and tidy, and the size was just right. When I checked in, I ran into a cleaning staff member in the hallway who proactively greeted me and said to let them know if I needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch. The next morning at breakfast, I had a sudden bout of vertigo due to an otolith displacement. The restaurant staff quickly brought me ice water and were very kind and attentive, asking how I was feeling. The front desk lady at checkout was also very helpful, assisting me with my luggage all the way to the shuttle bus. I'm very grateful for everyone's care and help. I would definitely choose Four Points by Sheraton again if I go back to Shanghai.

The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is just around the corner from the subway exit. It's a 30-minute taxi ride to Disneyland, and both taxis and the subway offer quick access to downtown attractions.

It has all the amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel: it's clean and hygienic, and from the upper floors, you can see half of the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Huangpu River. The service is also excellent.

Just a couple of small suggestions: the hairdryer is quite old-fashioned – it's time for an upgrade! Also, it would be great to have a robot deliver food to the rooms, as competition among hotels at this price point is pretty fierce.

It's a dated hotel. The common areas were unremarkable, and both room facilities and service were just average. For 847 RMB a night on a Saturday, I'd expect more, as it's not a cheap hotel. Cleanliness, however, was acceptable.

This was the first time I've encountered a minibar where everything was chargeable, and the prices weren't cheap either. There were also snacks with no prices listed, so I didn't dare touch them. Maybe I'm just out of touch, but most other hotels like Intercontinental, Indigo, and Shangri-La don't charge for minibar items.

Toothbrushes and combs were not provided; you either had to ask for them or bring your own. The front desk didn't inform me of this, and if they weren't delivered promptly, I had to call again to request them.

Check-in was at 2 PM, but when I arrived, no rooms were ready. I completed the check-in process and left my number, told I would be called once the room was ready after a priority cleaning. By 3:30 PM, I still hadn't received a call. I went back, waited a bit, then inquired, and only then was told the room was ready. I finally checked in past 3:40 PM.

A short while later, a plate of fruit (one banana, one peach, one pear) was delivered quite unceremoniously; the person just put it down and left. I wasn't sure if it was an apology gesture or simply a welcome fruit.

Is this really how five-star hotels operate in a major city like Shanghai? 😂

The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the curtains weren't very good at blocking out light.

Being on a high floor, the room was quiet, but the view was just average.

We choose to stay in four points by sheraton hotel mainly to visit legoland but it exceed my expectation. Hotel exterior give european elegant vibe, room is spacious, super clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus service is on time, breakfast options are plenty and cater to vegetarians/vegan. There is a kid playground next to the hotel. Although not much to do besides visiting legoland and ancient city, i still recommend this hotel to people who is visiting legoland. Very happy with our stay

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shanghai. I booked a 2-night package deal in advance for 849, which was valid even during the summer holiday and included breakfast for two. Despite being a package deal, the hotel's service was excellent; the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfast spread was generous and filling. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from Disneyland, making it easy to get there by taxi or subway. Best of all, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland! This was an amazing perk. Highly recommend!

Overall it's OK. After all, the hotel is quite new. However, I'm not particularly satisfied with the service. I asked the front desk to send two bottles of water to the room. I asked three times in total, and it took more than half an hour to deliver. The front desk didn't seem to smile. I don't know if the parking lot is divided into underground garage and ground. The license plate number was registered at the front desk, but I don't know if it was because I parked in the underground garage, but I still paid when I came out. At least the front desk didn't ask me where I parked. In short, there is no problem with the hardware facilities. After all, the hotel is quite new. The service quality needs to be improved!

The Asian man being the counter at check in was not friendly at all. He also took a long time to check everyone in. There was a long line and only he was working. We were tired and when we went upstairs to our room, the key didn’t work. We had to go back downstairs and wait again, only for the man to tell us he gave us the wrong room number. 
On our last day, the fire alarm went off at 1am while we were sleeping. We called downstairs and no one answered. We evacuated the room only to find out it was a false alarm. There was no announcement. Just one person behind the desk telling people who asked him. The fire department shut down the elevators so we had to wait to go back to our rooms. We got very little sleep after that.

The location is very nice; safty and not far away to get access to the tourist spots. Staff are helpful ; however, there are some limitation for elevator useage -- only 2 may not enough even in the rush hours and in general use for both house keepers and the guests. Some guests miss over 5 times of waiting; specially for the house keepers with the cart. The room space is quite small but clean enough to stay. The drinking water machine on the ground floor never work so the hotel provide bottle watter on request.

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent.  Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere.  Subway station is across the street.  Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided!  Wifi signal was strong.  I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk.  She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.

The room was great, typical Sheraton five-star quality – very clean and business-like. I was surprised it was so cheap at the time, but we only stayed one night. The subway station connects directly to the hotel basement, though this passage closes at night. If you have an early flight, it's better to use the outside entrance.

Every time I visit Seoul, I stay at this hotel. It's incredibly close to Myeongdong, just a 5-minute walk. Right downstairs, there's a subway entrance and an airport bus that goes directly to the hotel. It's super convenient for everything – dining, staying, and getting around. I often travel solo, so I'll grab some fried chicken from Myeongdong, pick up some coffee or beer from the CU convenience store downstairs at the hotel, and head back to my room to enjoy it.

The room was very noisy; I'm not sure why so many motorcycles were constantly making noise, even late into the night. On the bright side, transportation was convenient. Communication with the front desk was a bit challenging due to their limited English proficiency. (Helpful tip: take airport bus 6703!) They don't provide toiletries or complimentary water, but you can purchase water at the 7-Eleven located downstairs, right behind the hotel. The room itself was quite small, but thankfully, the bed I booked was a larger size.

Clean and comfortable room. There are many varieties of restaurants and eateries around. Amenities were a bit basic. I would stay here again if I were to stay in this area.
