We spend 5 night, New improve hotel. Very Nice stay. Furniture new, room smell good, water pressure is perfect, receptionist and housekeeping is lovely. Check in-out process very fast. Next door to GS25. Easy to find food in the area. Just a bit annoying at the elevator sound.
But overall still 10/10 for me.

Location is great, downtown. Staffs are nice. The only thing that made me dissatisfied was the hotel didn’t provide complementary water like the other hotel.

Things were great. Staffs were nice. Location was perfect, easy to access to some tourist attractions. There was a convenient store nearby. The only cons was the hotel didn't give free water.

The hotel is okay but they don’t allow anyone coming with you to your room, my friend came to wait for me while I shower and get ready to go out and it was almost impossible mission to allow him to go up with me to my room to wait

Very clean! They cleaned every morning. Location is okay, but luckily Grabs are so cheap. We paid for laundry service. Overall a pretty pleasant stay.

The location was good and the staff were nice. I wish they had refillable soap and shampoo instead of the bags that are hard to open. Overall, it's value for money.
