Room is definitely small as described, literally no space to put 2 luggage. The shower area is mouldy and smelly. The room lobby has no air conditioning, super hot waiting for lift to go down! Literally stuffing. Location is not obvious, took me a while to locate. Short distance walk to mtr which is a plus. There is a staircase on the way to hotel which is not convenient if follow google map route. Encountered a fire alarm early morning during my stay and need to evacuate downstairs which is a false alarm, really an eventful stay.
