I paid extra to have a room with nice view, but when I arrived I saw streaks of dirt on the window that spoiled the whole view. I called the concierge to ask for a room change or to clean the windows, but the concierge said that this dirt is outside of the window and all windows have it so they can’t help me with room change or clean it. Also when I went to the sauna, I was told that the sauna was under renovation and would not work for several days. Next time I will stay at another hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family.
It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie.
Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable.
Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life:
Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay
I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

Location is great as it is just opposite harbour city and near to metro station. Hotel staff from reception assisting me for checking in and out or the concierge helping me to get a taxi, all attended to me with a big smile. Will return again if I'm in hk.

LLaurie9722024.09.25
Selected this hotel because of the location but the most important reasons were the amazing gym pictures and the amazing outdoor pool. After checking in and going to the gym I unfortunately discovered that the gym and the pool have been closed now for several years. Wanted to cancel and changed hotel but it was not possible. I was frustrated and disappointed. Trip.com tried to help but could not do much. Came out with a small compensation but the most unexpected surprise was from the hotel with an upgrade room. I would still like to thank the hotel for the gesture provided. Now just need to display this information better on trip.com or cancel the pictures to not mislead the future travelers.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

This hotel is close to everything, from the airport station to Kowloon's beautiful riverside. The staff was neutral, not really friendly, but staying for a layover this was a really good choice. I could walk around, experience a lot from Hong Kong's nightlife, yet did not have to worry about catching my next flight. Also even though the room was old-fashioned, I did not questioned the cleanliness, they are well-maintained.

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel feels quite new compared to the usual hotels in Kowloon which can be relatively old. Quite a good sized room with a nice view for the price, especially in Hong Kong. Check-in on a Sat afternoon was a little chaotic but understandable given the volume. The hotel is connected directly to the mall which is very convenient. There’s an MTR (Mongkok East) exit into the mall too. To get to Nathan Road etc., might be best to take a walk as it’s a bit of a detour to take the East Rail Line MTR to connect to Tsuen Wan Line MTR.
KKevinebinStayin at 606 room.
The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night.
And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma.
Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly.
Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.
MMichael CharlesThis was the warmest welcome I’ve felt in a long time at a hotel! The check-in was super easy, and the staff were very helpful.
Michelle Lau (or Yau), Jun Wong, and a “Tall Girl” (that’s what she wanted to be called when I asked) were ALL very helpful.
Michelle was particularly helpful as she asked her supervisor if I can stay in the same room and not have to move (since I had to extend my stay). This saved me a lot of time!
To top it all, the receptionist on my last day allowed me to check out late (at 1:00p), which also allowed me to have my important conference call.
On my last day, I needed help with my three pieces of luggage, within minutes a staff member came to help me. Then Jun Wong arranged to allow my luggage to stay in the lobby (secured) for a good 3 hours until I was ready to leave.
A very great experience and will definitely stay again!
AAnonymous UserIt’s a great stay! Rooms are big enough for the family. Waking up with sea view is amazing the lady in the shuttle bus area is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely going back again to this hotel next time.
CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following:
1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation;
2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap.
Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. It’s about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻
JJaneth Penilla101percent very clean I like the room very simple but nice ..also the view very nice can see the view of city ❤️ but hope nextime have a personal kit for body hygiene 🪥🪥🪥🪥 but all is very nice 💯
KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression.
Pros:
Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay.
Cons:
Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort.
Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay.
Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements.
Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.
Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas.
Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
Value for Money:
Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services.
Conclusion:
The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
