Excellent designs visually. Weird ergonomics. Hard to find the entrance. Tram not working near by. Luxurious but weird. Huge mall.

The overall experience was really good. The lady at the reception was really nice. However , some improvements in the facility is needed. For example, the bathroom door cannot stopped the water, so after the shower water is everywhere. Plus the phone in the room is not working, we had to go downstairs to contact the staff.

Good Location - on top of a shopping mall
Room is very nice especially the bathroom. Bed is very cozy.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes to the mtr station. Lots of shops snd restaurants nearby. The room is spacious,neat and clean. Services provided are excellent. Special thanks to Katherine (the lady at the concierge) for her hospitality. For sure I’ll book Silveri again.

Good location , inside the mall. Bus terminal downstairs so it’s accessible to where you want to go. Also MTR station is just along the building. The room is neat and clean. Friendly staffs.
