This is a very stylish accommodation, and the hotel is quite new. The Central branch is a bit small; the Tsim Sha Tsui one is larger. The cleanliness and overall aspects are pretty good, and the price is also quite favorable. My only suggestion would be to add more baseless USB charging ports.

The room is small (well, this is Hong Kong ) , but CLEAN 24 hours reception service is good , Kelly and Yoyo are helpful The public kitchen is clean Overall is ok but be careful about the Fresh up drink machine if you use ANZ bank , it may take more than two days to get your deposit !

They have a drink machine, which is a nice touch. You can buy drinks on the 3rd floor, even in the middle of the night.

Located on Queen's Road Central, it's incredibly convenient with mature surrounding amenities. There's even an authentic herbal tea shop and a Shanghainese restaurant specializing in crab roe dishes right across the street. It's very clean and definitely worth trying.

Got bitten by bugs, and the bites only healed after two weeks! From the outside, it doesn't even look like a hotel. The location is okay, but it's hard to find! Also, the hotel's name doesn't match what's listed on Ctrip.

The basic room is very compact, bed is low like Japanese futon inspired, but shower facilities all work well, even folding desk by the bed. Perfect room for just sleeping the night. Reception on the third floor. Assistant there helped me to contact online reception. Large common kitchen at reception if you have time to cook or eat deliveries. Location is good for bars and Man Mo temple walking distance. Nearby breakfast places open around 10am. Prepare your own slippers and tooth brush and teeth paste.

The bathroom in my room was completely devoid of basic amenities, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a razor. When I went down to the reception desk this morning to request these items, I was informed that they require an additional charge.While I accepted the fee, the payment process proved to be unnecessarily difficult. The reception staff insisted on cash only. They refused to accept Octopus cards, and they outright declined credit card payment, claiming that my transaction amount was "too low."To make matters worse, the manager on duty was completely unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution or assisting me, they simply left me standing at the counter waiting helplessly.This level of service is utterly unacceptable for a modern hotel. The lack of basic amenities, combined with rigid payment restrictions and dismissive staff behavior, resulted in an incredibly frustrating experience.

Could use some slippers tho. The shared kitchen is great for cooking and eating.

The air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful and immediately moved me to another room.

Good and friendly service . Good location and lopt of storage .

It was clean and big. Just as show. In the pictures. No complains and had a nice view to see outside! We lost an item outside from the delivery courier so it was a bit problematic the non security. It felt like it was a bit unsafe.

Location is great, very close to MTR. However regular room is small and narrow, there is no place for a trunk, you should get it every time you need something from there, if you’re staying for one-two nights and no time to use hangers. One little roach was spotted on the table. Automatic entrance door is convenient and umbrella is free. There is a comfortable space for eating on reception floor and separate one with cooking area.
