"The hotel is situated within the Changbai Mountain resort area. It's a bit far from the main commercial street, but getting around is easy either by car or by using the small electric vehicles available right outside the hotel. The hotel offers a good range of benefits. On our second day, it rained, delaying the opening of the mountain slide until noon. We queued for about two hours, but it was well worth the wait. The mountain scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the slide itself was a lot of fun. The breakfast spread was extensive. Our butler, No. 3, was exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous, even surprising us with a gift. Our room came with executive lounge access, which allowed us to enjoy light refreshments in the afternoon – a very convenient perk."

"Having stayed at two different hotels in the Wanda Resort for two consecutive nights – with the Sheraton being almost twice as expensive – I'd like to review my experience based on this comparison. What stood out positively: The service quality was excellent. The staff – from the front desk and our dedicated 'Steward No. 8' to the service teams at the Chinese restaurant (dinner) and Western breakfast restaurant – all displayed wonderful attitudes, were very prompt in resolving issues, and demonstrated a very high standard of service. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and offered a wide variety of options. What was disappointing: The location and facilities were major letdowns. The entire resort is quite expansive. For guests without their own cars, getting around relies on the resort's shuttle train. However, the Sheraton's location is a 5-7 minute walk from the train stop, which felt quite remote. Of course, there were shared electric bikes available right outside the hotel, but unfortunately, I don't know how to ride them, which was a bit frustrating. Moving on to the *in-room* facilities: the room size and orientation were good. However, for the first time ever in a hotel – something I haven't even encountered in a budget guesthouse – the shower water pressure fluctuated wildly, going from strong to weak, and the temperature constantly swung between hot and cold. Furthermore, the overhead rain shower was a mere trickle, like a gentle drizzle, forcing me to give up on using it altogether. The absence of a central overhead light in the room – perhaps a common trend in hotels? – made the lighting quite dim. Is this supposed to create 'ambiance'? Finally, the toilet paper in the bathroom. It's 2025, and I was genuinely surprised to find a hotel still providing single-ply toilet paper. It's simply unacceptable; being stingy is not the same as being economical."

"At Jinhua Resort Hotel, we had an unexpectedly comfortable journey. Walking into the spacious lobby, we embraced every traveler and instantly forgot the hustle and bustle of the world. Every detail here revealed warmth and elegance, as if it was an extension of home, and brought surprises on the journey. Xiong Shuai, the WeChat butler of the executive lounge, added color to our journey. The thoughtful and meticulous service was very satisfying. We will come again next snow season!"

"I'm absolutely thrilled with my hotel choice! We stayed for three days, and every day was filled with delight. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was truly breathtaking! The scenery outside the window was breathtakingly beautiful! I can't praise the service enough! The response was incredibly fast, and any questions I had were instantly addressed. "While the hotel's location is a bit outside the main town, the convenient shuttle train makes getting around easy. It's also right next to the Haidongqing Service Center, and during ski season, it's reportedly the closest spot to the intermediate and advanced slopes. **Facilities:** They have a laundry room equipped with a highly efficient LG washer-dryer combo, and all laundry essentials are provided. This is incredibly helpful for summer days packed with outdoor activities, as it really lightens your luggage load. The rooms are a bit compact, so figuring out where to put your suitcase can be a puzzle; I'd suggest tucking it under the mini-bar counter. The summer room rates were quite reasonable, and we enjoyed many of the hotel's perks. The kids absolutely loved the ping-pong, pickleball, and yoga rooms on the ground floor."

"The hotel is located on the west slope of Changbai Mountain. We are grabbing the south slope tickets at the public account at 6:00 pm. There are few people and no queues throughout the whole process, suitable for bringing elderly children. The hotel environment is clean like a big community, eating, lodging and playing are very complete, sent a lot of children  entertainment projects, there are  glass plank road,  hot springs, fireworks and iron flowers,  amusement park, etc., children's holiday is a good choice, breakfast is many types, I hope the taste can be improved! Sound insulation is not very good!"

"It was off-season when I traveled, so there were few people in the hotel. We shared the breakfast room with the hotel opposite. The breakfast was simple and there were not many choices. We booked a family room, which was relatively large and the various benefits were also good. There was nothing to eat around Luneng. In comparison, Wanda Resort was more convenient."

"The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet at night. There was no need for air conditioning; simply opening the window made the room wonderfully cool. Just imagine Beijing at 39°C in July, while here it was a delightful 24°C during the day and 16°C at night – truly refreshing! The hotel's surroundings offer beautiful scenery. Hot springs are easily accessible, just downstairs, and there are many outdoor pools. The complimentary sightseeing cable car tickets offered by the hotel were truly excellent value. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Xiaolin from the front desk. She was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending places to visit and local touring routes. We drove all the way from Beijing, and found the hotel's location made it very convenient to explore the area. She even saw us off when we checked out. This hot spring hotel is definitely worth recommending."

"The service housekeeper Yu Lingshan provided very good service. We started to contact her before we checked in. After we arrived by high-speed rail, we found that it took two hours to drive to the hotel. During the Spring Festival, taxis were unwilling to accept orders. We contacted Yu temporarily and she immediately helped us find a chartered car. She was very timely and helpful. Later, she provided help for all our problems during our stay. Thank you very much. The temperature in the hotel was very good, but there were not many items. The front desk was not very enthusiastic. There was no communication when checking in. I gave her my ID card and she gave me the room card. Later, I called to ask for the WIFI password and the floor where the breakfast was."

"Hot spring tickets for 2 large and 1 small Wanda Yuehua Loft Hot Spring Hotel: The hot spring tickets are not in this hotel, and they only open in the afternoon. 2 large and 1 small airport pick-up: no use if you drive there Breakfast is Chinese style and quite rich. The twin room we booked was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is very convenient for bringing children."
