"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Wuzhen Xizha Tourist Center. The facilities are comprehensive, with both above-ground and underground parking available for free, which is very convenient and reassuring for guests traveling by car. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast offers a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The staff are polite and friendly, especially Miss Coco at the front desk, who is quick to respond and highly efficient. I will definitely stay here again."

"The service was incredibly warm and friendly. They messaged us around 8 AM asking for our arrival time, and as soon as we got there, we could check in immediately and even received a room upgrade. It might have been because it was a Monday and not peak season, but it felt like we were the only guests in the entire B&B. The staff were all super nice, providing tips for sightseeing and local food, and always ready to answer any questions.
At checkout, they even surprised us with a complimentary souvenir to take home! ❤️
All the staff were so personable. When I checked in, I accidentally tripped and fell flat on my face. Everyone was so concerned, repeatedly asking if I was okay, while my best friend and I just burst out laughing because of how funny the fall looked. 😂"

The room is extremely comfortable. The large bed makes you feel like you've traveled back to ancient times. Turning around and sitting on the 'Luohan' bed, sipping tea and watching TV, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and find a sense of tranquility."
