Birmingham Hotels with Hot Tub

The toilet is not very sanitary and cannot get in water in the bathroom You have to use a floor mop to push the water back and it takes at least an hour to get the water. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I found two towels that were quite dirty, so I called them. I asked for two relatively clean towels, but after waiting for 40 minutes, no one changed them, so I took them myself. The staff who answered the phone should have forgotten. Maybe they forgot all the guests' problems while chatting!

Lovely location walking distance to bullring. It was easy to get Uber as well. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Would recommend for a centrally located accommodation on a budget.

Very good location near Grand Central & Bullring, toke 7mins to walk from Train station to hotel. Family room with 1 king sized bed and 2 single beds. Free English-style breakfast provided from 7-10 am

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Birmingham for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this hotel is the perfect choice. No complaints - the hotel is walkable from the New Street Station and the room itself is expected from the crowne plaza chain. Spacious room and generous 2 double beds as standard. Only very minor complaint is that the buffet breakfast could have had a bit more choice with the hot food.

I would stay here again! I loved the location of the hotel. It is right inbetween the city center (New Street Station & Bullring) and the beautiful Brindley Place are by the old canal. The room itself was clean and looked mostly like it was in the picture, I also had a pretty cool view onto the old canal from the 15th floor. The carpet and the couch looked a bit ”worn down”, but it was clean nonetheless. The staff was friendly, nice and very helpful. It was nice that the breakfast was included and there was a good choice of breakfast options. I can 100% recommend this hotel when staying in Birmingham. I had a nice time and didn't miss anything while staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

Lovely hotel and perfect location Unfortunately we had a problem with the apartment that we had booked and stumbled across this hotel The reception was very helpful We did have an issue with the parking on site but they have a parking place just behind the hotel which for two days only cost £12

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Hippodrome theatre and the New Street train station. All of which were only a 5 minute walk from each other. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had issue with the AC in our first room, but we were quickly accommodated to another room. Breakfast was good with enough options to satisfy all tastes and needs.

The staff's attention is discriminatory, for several nights 1 they did not put towels, another night they left us without shampoo and they added water to the hand soap, additionally they checked what was served for breakfast, they checked every day very carefully. We left very sad, we couldn't wait to run away from this hotel, we were very bored.

Excellent hotel everything was amazing can't wait to go back. Great location close to train station, shopping centre and theatre. We went to see Hamilton at the theatre and ate at restaurant nearby - hotel recommended a lovely break and stay.
