Friendly staff and near to town centre

clean and tidy, location was convenient, staff is nice, we had a good stay.

Not bad and convenient

You can take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow Airport. It's about 500m from the station, so you can walk even if you have a suitcase. From there, it's also convenient to get into central London. It was also nice that the shower, toilet and sink were separate.

There is free hot water from the coffee machine available. You can use the coffee machine for free during breakfast time. You can use the Parking on the nearby grove road to avoid using the hotel parking lot.

It’s was good . But not that great as much as it was shown in pictures .

The location of the hotel is good, suitable for short-distance stays and small luggage. It is about a 7-minute walk from the underground station. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator at the underground Hounslow Central station. It was my mistake that I forgot to check this!

The hotel is situated very conveniently within a 10 minute walk to Hounslow Central Underground so very convenient for Heathrow Airport.The hotel offers budget accommodation so no frills but the rooms are small but clean and comfortable no tea or coffee making facilities but next to a Tesco Express which you can get Costa Express and any essentials.The hotel offers a continental breakfast which Is normally £8.95 but mine was included with the room rate of £41 for a night.The hotel is situated near the town centre with plenty of eateries around so for the price,the location,and the convenience of the airport its well worth it.The reception staff very friendly and welcoming overall excellent service would definitely recommend and stay again when I need to be near the airport

The breakfast was the worst

Location is good, Hotel service bad; swipe card not working properly continusely we need to update our card. Room tem v hot can’t change the temperature No basic needs like water; just they kept 2 glass

Great location for an early start at Heathrow, 5 minutes walk to Hounslow Central and at your terminal 10 minutes later. Convenient Tesco express right next door for a coffee and a spot of breakfast before you leave.
