I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown attractions, restaurants, and highways, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed — a good bed, plenty of outlets, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in Houston’s weather. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. The front desk check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was a nice surprise — a good selection of both hot and cold items, including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked throughout the morning. Parking was easy and felt secure, and the property overall was quiet and safe, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Perfect place ro stay without the upcharges of parking. Very qick location to downtown and other areas

The staff really made the experience above and beyond. We expected a very basic stay, the room and shower/bathroom was extremely clean. The check in/reception was really 100% amazing through and through. They make you feel right at home. Will book here again if needed in the future.

Suitable for transit accommodation, breakfast is OK, close to the airport

This trip was mainly for a business trip and a trip to NASA, so I rented a car for the whole trip. The hotel has a parking lot and the scenery outside the window is very good, especially at sunrise. The hotel here is relatively close to the highway entrance, so I went to Houston. Very convenient and quite quiet at night. There is a self-service washing machine and a swimming pool.

It belongs to an express hotel. The room is quite clean. The surrounding area is not very lively. You need to take a taxi when going out. It is very convenient to call a taxi. The hotel lobby is relatively small, the breakfast is simple, and the overall price is not cheap. The hotel provides hot water and no lunch or dinner
