Cambria Hotel Houston Downtown Convention Center Reviews

The Cambria was so beautiful. The room was cute and clean. I was on the 15th floor and had a nice city view. There’s valet offered for around 50-70$ and a 30$ public parking lot right next door that made exploring downtown convenient. Check in was easy. My only complaint is that there is a hundred dollar incident fee that was not mentioned upon booking that is refunded to you should there be no issue. But overall, my experience here was great. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼

Be prepared to wait 5 to 9 minutes to wait for a lift. It's annoying. Quiet slow at the bar/restaurant.

Great location, good parking, and the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly but felt like there wasn’t quite enough staff there to accommodate everyone…side note, only 2 out of 5 elevators worked

Great experience

It's an old hotel, so even though it was remodeled, I was worried when I went in. I thought it was because the lobby and reception were ordinary. Oh my goodness, the room was clean and very modern~~~ What was disappointing was the pillow, which I had not seen anywhere else in the world. It was a pillow with a lot of cotton tangled together, but it wasn't uncomfortable. It was even quite comfortable. On the other hand, I wonder if it was clean since even the cotton was washed. I also wanted to haha And since it's an old hotel, even if it's remodeled, the plumbing can't be changed. There probably wasn't one. ㅡ.ㅡ;;;;; I definitely recommend bottled water for brushing your teeth.
