The hotel is new and the room is clean and feel comfortable, the reception girl looks very professional and nice attitude. I am sure I will stay at this hotel on my next trip.

過年，就怕踩雷，特意定了你們家，萬萬沒想到讓人失望透頂
沙發好大一塊臟，想着過年，就不折騰，喊服務員送個杯被子墊一下，結果抱了一床被子來，沒有被罩就算了，打開還有一撮毛髮，簡直是無語😓

總體一般，這麼高品質國際連鎖酒店居然連香薰都沒有， （還是説我鼻子不好？！！我是沒聞到！！！）入住前特意讓攜程客服聯繫了酒店，説有小童入住，讓酒店方便準備小童使用的物品，結果也沒準備，等客人打電話給酒店方面索要的時候，才給了一雙小童拖鞋和大人的牙具，我定的是家庭房，上面寫着可以入住三位，既然上面寫了，為什麼早餐沒有配三份呢？還讓客人因此多花費一份早餐費用，雖然説幾十塊錢，但是很讓人不舒服，退房的時候整個房間找不到一個袋子，可以裝零碎的物品，跟酒店方面索要等了很長時間也沒送來，（當然我們由於等待時間太長也最後不等也沒要）感覺非常怠慢客人， （給客人的感覺有點像要飯的一樣，這樣東西也需要跟酒店討要，那樣東西也需要跟酒店討要）這個價格實在對不起這個服務，早餐的樣式也不多，而且缺少食品。

帶寶寶第二次來淮安嘍，一如既往的入住希爾頓酒店，酒店門口就是公交車站點，離淮安東高鐵站🚄不遠，去西遊樂園也很方便的😃。酒店乾淨衞生，服務熱情，早餐種類特別的豐富，西點，中餐，牛奶咖啡☕還有淮安特產茶盤，真的是帶寶寶出行最佳的選擇！！！每次入住時，酒店經理都給升級了房型，還給寶寶送了果盤，離開的時候還送寶寶禮物🎁而且特意安排車輛送站，真的特別開着，感覺就是回家一樣……愛你們，下次來淮安依然回家！！！

途經淮安，不想開夜路就找了這家酒店。在市區，周圍有繁華的商業區。我們到的晚也沒出去，叫的外賣也很快。裝修很新，環境很乾凈。臨走服務員還送了禮物，餅乾和酸奶，深得小朋友喜愛。一直説還要來住。
