説實話，體驗感真的非常不喜歡，我入住的那個房間沒有廚具，後面問前台才被告知廚具是需要加30快錢提前預約，我預訂的房間設施裏面寫的是有廚具調味料等，最後我們給錢了，給的鍋也非常一般，都糊底了，盤子三個，碗兩個，然後沒有調味料，而且設施裏面也寫着有洗衣機，我們那個房間沒有問了，就説我們剛好這個房間洗衣機被送去修了.....我定這個房間剛好是看中他有廚房有廚具調料洗衣機，等到最後，廚具要加錢使用，洗衣機拿去被修，那為什麼還要給我這個房間？實事求是，有什麼就要給什麼，下次不會再選擇了，前台服務還行吧

浴巾有很色污漬的，花灑不能調整位置，不能對準身上噴水，還有剛進去房間一股泡麪味很濃，有個女前台很高冷，很拽。

原本預訂了酒店五晚，預訂成功後帶着孩子開車到了惠州，結果被酒店通知説“上一個住客不退房，要續住一晚”。要求給我們換房間一個晚上，因為是我先預訂了今晚的房間，訂單已經生成，所以我不同意這樣的安排。酒店前台卻説，上一個住客不肯走，要求我諒解他們，所以找我協商。不合理，不合規，不知道是否我好説話，所以欺負我就可以？打電話到攜程投訴，依然拿這家酒店沒辦法，攜程説給我10%金額的補償，但是依然解決不了問題。沒要錢，全部退訂，聯同攜程網和這家酒店一起投訴消費者協會。這已經是我遇到這家酒店的第二次這種情況了，無語。一點契約精神都沒有，欺負人啊。

地段很好，但是房間很舊，床很矮，被套很久沒洗過也沒換過了，蟎蟲很多，睡着感覺身上很癢，不建議住，圖片我就沒拍了。跟店家拍出來的基本一樣，之前床需要往矮了的想象，我165，床基本就我小腿一半高。唯一好點的是有洗衣機有陽台。
