Even though we didn't have any kids with us the entertainment wasn't that good. Same dance routine every day,same games every day as well. Food was repetitive but good enough to eat and the beds in the rooms where hard. Efes beer in the hotel was flat. When the entertainment staff wasn't working there wasn't any background music at all.

We are here just now, 2 days into our holiday. Where to begin?! So having read the reviews I had no high expectations but still thought we would get a comfortable, okayish experience. I’m not sure if some of the rooms have been refurbished but I don’t know where the nice rooms people talk about are. Room- shower taps not secured to the wall, walls are messy, mirrors and glass are dirty, the chairs in the room are disgusting, the drying rail outside is above the aircon unit making it nonfunctional. The fridge in the room doesn’t work, I have to keep medication cool and have asked reception twice to have it replaced but still not done. The cleaners come in each day but so far all they do is straighten up the bed and chairs. Water not been stocked daily as previously mentioned. The food is average, we have eaten out for breakfast and dinner since we got here. Today at 4pm we went to get a snack and saw kebab meet being cooked and sliced and left lying. We asked for some but told that it was for dinner service which wasn’t until 7pm, the meat is basically left lying out for 3hours before it can be eaten. (No thanks) the salad for it is also left sitting out with no covering. The drink is heavily watered down as mentioned by other guests. The staff are friendly which helps but unfortunately not enough to encourage us back. Basically we are making the best of it and just being in the hotel when needed.

Well 3rd visit was there in May. . Never again. It’s gone downhill. The pool areas are filthy. Not cleaned once in our 10 days. Cat died at back of our sunbed and soiled floor . Stain was still there on going home . the animation team are a joke. Like being at a rave music awful Not interested in changing to more relaxing or lower volume Carlos and his crony only speak when they want money off you for raffle.l or football tickets Where does the profit go. ? Not on the prizes. Sit in booth all day on phones Lazy sods. . Food was ok when Russians guests there. Sunday lunch good. Alcohol and beer is rubbish. Room ok air con like jumbo jet taking off. Waiting staff helpful. Management obvs not interested in clients. Or is it because end of season.? Paid for service and cleanliness. And zero on both. Will never go again. Shame as good location . Don’t bother going

Amazing!! We read the reviews before we booked, and it turned out even better. Lovely staff, especially Tenna in the restaurant who looked after us every day, I will miss his friendly face! Lots of food at regular hours, amazing choices. Entertainment was stopped half way through our week due to mourning Gaza, which I fully supported. This did not have any negative impact on our amazing week! My only gripe, and it is a small one, was the bed was so hard. Apart from that, I have loved every minute and will definitely be coming back again very soon.

Lovely Hotel, very clean, food good can not fault it. Staff very friendly. lovely room and cleaned, bed made every day with towels if needed. However the thing that lets it down for us is the entertainment not bothered for the evening as we go out but the music at the pool during the day is far too loud, disco music people do not want that when trying to relax, read and chat - i could not even here what my friend was saying. It needs to be turned down. i’m not old either. Definitely put me off coming back. shame as nice hotel.

We are currently at L'etoile and have been to icmeler around 30 times over last 20 years. L'etoile is excellent; spacious and very clean. Rooms are modern (258) with room service daily, food is plentiful and varied. The only tiny fault we have which is nit picking really is fridge doesnt get very cold. Staff are wonderful espcially Mahsun, his sister, and Tanner. We will definately return next year. The biggest downside to the hotel is the entertainment, whilst Carlos is a nice guy his music taste certainly does not match that required for the majority of the hotel customers. There tends to be the same boom boom playlist of about 20 tunes on loop! play to your audience not what YOU want Carlos ! As for the night entertainment poor with Bartender show, Break dance show, Bingo, rip off raffle and a music/movie quiz not really up to much. Although the entertainment was poor was still a fantastic hotel.

We visited this hotel for a week on the 6th September and had a lovely time. The staff are friendly and helpful and lots of them. We never waited for a drink or food the service was great. The hotel was clean and tidy a little dated in places this was not a problem to us. The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the beach which we spent most of our days using the hotel's section of the beach and sunbeds. There are lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel and we enjoyed using them. We drank every afternoon in the beach bar Pier 15 which is in front of the hotel they give 15% off if you are holidaying in the L Etoile hotel the staff were lovely and make great cocktails. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was relaxed, down to earth laid back and lots of fun. We would definitely return thank you for a great time x

Staff at this hotel are absolutely first class. The restaurant team are so helpful. The animation team are great, especially Carlos & Romeo. I would advise a stay here and my wife and I will be returning next year.
