"A brand new hotel, opened around July 20th. Minor renovations are still underway, but it doesn't significantly interfere with our vacation. The kunya is decent, with plenty of choice. The beach is clean and comfortable, the pools are beautiful. The staff is friendly."

"An unforgettable vacation experience! The resort is huge, all-inclusive, and located at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada. 1. Incredible Scenery & Photo Ops The stone castle-style architecture faces the Red Sea directly, featuring an infinity pool and a private cliffside beach. The sunsets are stunning and extremely photogenic. The water at the beach is shallow, and you can see schools of fish just by snorkeling right from the shore. Snorkeling gear is provided for free. 2. Great Variety of All-Inclusive Dining Multiple restaurants are available, including a buffet, Italian, seafood, and Moroccan specialty restaurants (reservations required in advance). Drinks flow freely, making the all-inclusive lazy vacation vibe fantastic. 3. Rich Amenities Multiple pools, water sports, evening entertainment shows, and a fitness center. You can kayak at the beach. Security is good, and the resort is massive, feeling almost like a small town. ✅ Ideal for: Those who love taking photos, are seeking stunning Red Sea views, want a relaxing all-inclusive getaway, aren't too picky about room hardware, and don't mind walking around a large resort. Perfect for trips with besties or couples. Scenery gets full marks, photos turn out gorgeous, and the all-inclusive package offers great value for money. The rooms are currently undergoing renovations, so there is a slight odor in some areas. A special thank you to Muhammad at the front desk (whose Chinese name is He Fei) for his incredible help. He helped us book the Asian restaurant and even upgraded our room, letting us experience the warm and attentive hospitality of the resort. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel has a great location, making it suitable for European and American beach vacations, as it has its own beach and swimming pool, with a DJ on the beach and at the pool in the evenings. The buffet is quite extensive (featuring a wide variety of European and American cuisine, with a large selection of breads and desserts). If you opt for a meal plan, you can stay entirely within the hotel grounds. However, the rooms are rather old and basic, and while the cleanliness is acceptable, I didn't (and dared not) check them closely, so I just wiped them down again myself (I have a slight obsession with cleanliness). The photos of the beach and other amenities look exactly as they appear in the hotel photos, but the room photos..."

"The experience was fantastic! The hotel has a private beach, and the overall design is excellent – ​​a minimalist yet sophisticated style. The rooms are beautiful, and each has a balcony; it's so pleasant to sit outside and eat when it's not too cold. The hotel has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The food at the hotel was also the best I've had in Egypt! Very Western, with relatively few local Egyptian dishes. The strawberry and mango juices and various cocktails were all delicious!"
