長汀狀元樓民宿真的太合我心意了！來之前看到一些差評，心裏還挺忐忑，結果入住後完全超出預期。整棟建築古色古香，青磚黛瓦、木質雕花，處處都透着濃濃的古韻，庭院開闊大氣，走進去就像穿越到古宅大院，氛圍感直接拉滿。 老闆人特別熱情厚道，還貼心給我們免費升級了房間。房間照片看着一般，實景比照片好看太多，裝修很新、乾淨整潔，設計精緻又有格調，住着舒服又安心。 環境、服務、體驗都無可挑剔，來長汀住這裏絕對不踩雷，真心推薦！

這家民宿的房間基礎，該有的都有，還能用洗衣機，但隔音因為老式木板屋類似的材料，會比較吵。但基礎的是房間，改建的老宅子一點都不基礎，是省級文保，簡直買一送一，收過難忘的遊玩體驗。沖這個親民到汀州古城窪地的價格，沒什麼好挑剔的，妥妥好評
