"Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

The room is clean and odorless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the air conditioning and hot water are easy to use. The hotel has rich dining options and the breakfast is varied and delicious. In addition, the transportation is convenient and there are many scenic spots around.
There is also a small robot that delivers meals quickly and the service attitude is very good. It is worth staying here again. The lady at the front desk was very pretty and had a very good service attitude. Especially when she smiled back at me, I felt my heart melted instantly."

"As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!"

The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. I highly recommend it for tourists; you won't regret it."

About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

This time Aksu trip, choosing Pudong Holiday Hotel is really the right choice! The location of the hotel is too convenient, more than 20 minutes walk from Aksu Station, there is a large free parking lot by car, parking is not stressful. The front desk was warm and efficient when checking in, and I also unexpectedly received a surprise for free upgrade of the room, and the instant goodwill was full.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the bedding is clean and soft, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient and stable, and the sink is also intimately equipped with laundry detergent, and the details are full. The most amazing thing is breakfast, the category is super rich, the Chinese and Western dishes are complete, there is no need to eat extra lunch, and the price is directly full.
The hotel facilities are also very complete, the laundry and drying are fully equipped, solving the problem of laundry on the journey. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.
