The location of the hotel is very close to the falls, making it very convenient to visit. Since it was slow season when we were there, the hotel manager was able to provide courtesy drop off and pick up service to the waterfalls which was very much appreciated. Room was very spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. Water pressure was perfect making bath time feel like a treat! We were allocated a room facing the mountains and the view was very beautiful, especially at sunset, one can sit back and enjoy the magic hour. Lovely stay!!"

"The hotel is amazing,super clean and the scenery indescribable! The manager of the hotel is exceptional and made sure everything was arranged for us! We had a battler and 25/7 assistant through we chat. The breakfast amazing, tasty and different every day. The staff super kind and helpful. Every time we came back to our room our clothes and our room were tidied up. Dinner little bit pricey but tasty! We also had the boat tour and photoshooting partly on the boat and partly at the hotel! Amazing!!! Overall the best hotel we've been to and we compare it with miramonti hotel in dolomites and LA mamounia in morroco. Thank you for everything and we will defenately come back with our kids!! Great place for kids as well."
