"This hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!"

"Finding such a professional yet warm hotel in the small town at the foot of Mount Everest was a delightful surprise! The hotel's underfloor heating system transformed the cold highland nights into a cozy spring, and the smart oxygen supply equipment in every room was an absolute lifesaver – just a few minutes of oxygen when I had a headache made a significant difference.
From the front desk staff patiently explaining how to use the oxygen equipment to the easily accessible oxygen ports right by the bed, every detail showed thoughtful care for guests at high altitudes. Waking up to a golden snow-capped peak right outside the window and being greeted with warm tea upon returning in the evening – the balance between 'embracing the wilderness and ensuring safety' was perfectly struck.
Whether you're preparing for a trek or recovering after a climb, this is the ideal sanctuary. The blend of professionalism and genuine care made me feel the most solid and warm support in a place so close to the sky. I highly recommend it to every Everest traveler; it truly is the most reliable 'home' at over 4000 meters above sea level."

"This hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. All the amenities are top-notch, and the surfaces feel smooth and comfortable to use."

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; they can help arrange transportation to Everest Base Camp and drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities. The room was very warm with underfloor heating, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of medical-grade oxygen, so I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my travel questions. Even in winter, the breakfast wasn't bad; because there were fewer guests, the hotel offered a reservation system, allowing us to choose our own breakfast and avoid wasting food. Overall, it's excellent value for money, suitable for both business and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"My trip to Mount Everest with my boyfriend was made doubly romantic by this hotel! The lovely owner took us to stargaze in the evening, and there was a bonfire party with lots of young people. The Milky Way was right overhead, and she even took some amazing photos of us. We watched movies together in the room using the projector – the atmosphere was fantastic. Waking up to snow-capped mountains and warming our hands with sweet tea was a truly unique experience. I highly recommend it to couples!"

"The location is right next to the Everest eco-friendly electric bus drop-off point, making check-in very convenient. Each room has its own key, giving you a strong sense of security. The tents are heated at night. There's a supermarket, restaurant, and public restrooms nearby, so you'll have plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I was traveling alone, and the staff didn't recommend hot pot, but instead recommended the 50 yuan buffet, which was reasonable for the location. After viewing the Golden Mountain in the Rising Sun, the police and camp staff reminded visitors to hurry down the mountain by bus. There was also a ******* performance in the restaurant that evening. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lively."

"Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.

Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. After being stuck at the foot of Mount Everest for two days due to heavy snow, these two days have been exceptionally comfortable. The young lobby manager deserves high praise; he's the most enthusiastic and kindest hotel manager I've ever met! We had a wonderful chat! The entire hotel staff is truly exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel near Mount Everest in the future. The view room is magnificent, and I was fortunate enough to witness the first snowfall of the year—the mountains were covered in a blanket of white, truly spectacular! Today, the Lantern Festival, I finally saw the entire panorama of Mount Everest. The two-day wait was worthwhile; I'm grateful to have met you all along the way, my friends.

GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

SShirley_jiangFacilities: The newly opened hotel has facilities that are not inferior to those of three-star hotels in the city, including electric toilets, electric curtains and sensor mirror lights. The room is equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, and the water cup is a disposable aviation cup, so there is no need to worry about the hygiene of the water cup. The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm.
Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. You don’t need to park on the roadside like other hotels. The shuttle bus passes by the door and you can take the bus directly.

After arriving, he helped to contact the scenic area bus to stop at the hotel entrance to pick you up. The room uses a desktop heater, which is too loud and cannot be turned on when sleeping, but it doesn't feel cold. The shower room is not separated into dry and wet areas, it has air heating, and the bathroom is large. The accommodation conditions here are very good, and the price is cheap. If I come again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

The memory cotton mattress is very comfortable. The diffuse oxygen humidifier smart toilet makeup mirror is complete. Very close to Everest Base Camp, you can ask the boss to help make an appointment for the Jingjiao bus. The boss is also very good and gave me a discount. It is really good value.
