"Service and room are best. Also price is cheap. But there are not kettle , cups , spoons or another things , maybe these are optional things but i need mostly. So overall i recommend this hotel to everyone. A little bit far from Como ( 1 station about 15 min ). It locates in Como Camerlata."

"The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff."

"The reception is accommodating. The food is average because they don’t have any hot meal. The selection of cheese and cold items have many choices and fruit juice as well. They provide healthy options such as yoghurts, variety of fruits, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, chia seeds and nuts. They have also different kinds of danish pastries, croissants, savouries, sweets and cakes. We liked the breakfast buffet station. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel have good proximity within the tourist spots."

"The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our questions & assistance. Location is great, right at the heart of Como Lake shoreline and a 5 minute walk from the Como Lago train station. The restaurant has excellent food and big portions compared to other local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! 🤩"

"The location is really good and the boss is friendly. Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies! There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!"

"Love this hotel, location, service and friendliness. The location is near the train station and the lake. We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan. We're renting a bike, and they allow us to put the bike inside the garage. We had a situation having wet pantsuit, since they don't have a laundry service they borrowed us an ironing and it helps.. Will stay again if we're going back to Colico"

"We booked a hotel near Lake Como while passing through on our way from Germany to France. The room was generally clean and tidy, with just enough space, though not quite enough. The B&B doesn't have its own parking lot, but you can park for free in a separate garage 500 meters away. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with a constant police presence. The hotel is located on a main road, which might be a problem for light sleepers. The breakfast was average, with a limited variety, similar to budget hotels like Home Inn in China."

"Good hotel overlooking the lake and a stones throw from the main square and restaurants. The room was a good size with a rather compact bathroom, but had everything needed. A small balcony was nice, although unfortunately we had such bad weather we didn’t get to use it. One downside we did find that the connecting door wasn’t very sound proof to the point you could hear next door flush! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.p"

"Todo correcto, la habitación amplia y con aire acondicionado. El parking algo caro y hay que reservar. Realmente se aparca en el patio delantero del hotel, hay que dejar las llaves y ellos mueven los coches para colocarlos. "The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. The sound insulation is not very good, the front desk lady Francesca is very beautiful and very warm, people are kind"

GGuest UserMy daughter and I had a splendid stay at the Palace Hotel Lake Como, which is a historic and elegant property on the lakefront. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Como!
