"The hotel is perfectly located by the Miqat. So it’s very convenient . Only problem is the elevators . It’s always occupied or out of order . We constantly had to take the stairs. The hotel is also going through renovations and it was not communicated at check in they were literally drilling infront of our door . We also had no hot water for 3days until I complained and maintenance was sent to fix it. Overall the hotel needs alot of maintenance work but would recommend if you want to be close to the Miqat."

"The hotel is tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy. It's far from the Haram, but the shuttle service works well. A plus for the location is its proximity to Mount Uhud."

The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately."

"For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it."

"I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam Madina. The hotel is located in a very strategic area, just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it extremely convenient for prayers at any time of the day. The service was excellent and very attentive. The staff were helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. This made the stay comfortable and worry-free, especially after long hours of worship. I truly enjoyed staying here and would happily choose Pullman Zamzam Madina again on my next visit to Madinah."

"Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from."
