The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially for Fajr and Isha. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or ziyarah. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

Hotel location is the best, right in front of women's prayer area. Good food and shopping are also nearby. We booked 3 rooms at this hotel in the first week of Ramadan 2026. Rooms were clean and our floor (7th floor) was quiet and peaceful. Upon arrival we noticed a few amenities missing but when asked they were provided as soon as possible. Room service and cleaning was done by MD Umar Farooq. The only negative aspect about this place is the lack of elevators. It gets too crowded before and after prayer times.

Our 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************. Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind. Bathroom was clean and roomy :) Overall didn't found any issue.

There was Gas smell in the lift. I complained but the guys said that that was a freshner. 24 hour smelly lifts.
