"1. Clean rooms with mostly all common amenities available. Super housekeeping staff, and they also attend calls swiftly. 2. Breakfast was good but not impressive. Shoutout to Roman from breakfast service team for attending our endless requests with love. 3. Location is awesome, second row from Haram and ladies gate is only 1 minute away. 4. Only downside is that parking is charged for 75SR per day."

"Honestly, it was a beautiful experience at the hotel. It was a successful choice for families. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and the furniture is well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was incredibly fast, mashallah. My reservation was for a quad room with a view of the Haram. The view was amazing. For anyone coming with family, the hotel is just a two-minute walk to the Haram's women's entrance, so they won't get tired."

"Disappointing checkout experience and noticeable difference in treatment I want to mention a particularly disappointing experience during checkout. The staff member was a young, slim man, approximately 5 ft 9 in, wearing a white thobe and red-and-white shemagh. This happened at approximately 7:00–7:30 pm. I was the only person waiting in the queue at reception. He was clearly aware I was waiting, but did not acknowledge me, make eye contact, or indicate that he would assist me next. Immediately before this, I had watched him speaking to a couple in front of me, and he was warm, friendly and conversational with them, speaking to them in Arabic. After they left, he went behind the desk but still did not acknowledge me. After waiting, I had to approach him myself and ask if I could come over. I handed him my key card and then had to ask, “Is there anything else?” He simply replied “Khalas” (“finished/that’s all”) in a very abrupt manner. There was no further conversation, courtesy or farewell. As a non-Arab visitor, I feel it is important to mention that this experience was particularly noticeable because, throughout my Umrah trip in Saudi Arabia, not only at this hotel, I observed several occasions where I felt there was a difference in the warmth, friendliness and level of service shown to me compared with some Arab guests around me. I cannot know the reasons behind individual people’s behaviour. I would also like to be fair and say that my check-in experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff who welcomed me were warm, friendly and attentive. This is why the checkout experience was particularly disappointing. All guests and pilgrims, regardless of nationality or background, should receive the same basic level of acknowledgement, courtesy and respect. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously."

"Absolutely amazing stay here at Crowne Plaza. Large room with a city view. Excellent service by all hotel staff. I will most definitely be staying here again when I return. I would Like to stay massive thank you to Faisal who kindly spoke with his manager regarding late check out without any extra charge as my flight is after midnight. It was greatly appreciated especially being outside in foreign country. Highly recommended!!"

The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. "The hotel is conveniently located near the Prophet's Mosque, just a 200-meter walk away. The service is excellent; all the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and thorough. The hygiene conditions are also very good. While there are many hotels around the Prophet's Mosque, some have bustling surroundings. This hotel, however, is situated in a quieter area. Their dates and coffee are also delicious. Overall, this hotel is a great choice."
