Jakarta Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The location is fantastic, right by a park where you can go jogging, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a shame though that I had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, even though I had a reservation and arrived at 2 PM."

"Hotel is ok. Looks a little different from photos haha, in the photos it looks quite new and modern but when i reached in the hotel room. It looks like kinda old but its clean. Downside, the mattress is hard :( my tv wasn’t working well because the remote is spoiled. Called someone up, idk what they fixed but the couldn’t control the volume of tv, it think the remote is spoiled. The sink tap in the toilet is kind of spoiled too, its hard to control the amount of water you need coming out of the tap. Good side, the pillows are so comfortable! The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful. I like how they greet customers with a sincere smile and polite gesture. There was free jamu 🫶🏼 kids play area at the lobby. Breakfast buffet spread was great too! Location was at CBD area near a mall. Love it"

"Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and a premium location. Overall, it’s good value for money. However, one thing that really needs attention is the inflexibility of the check-in time. It was quite annoying that I had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in. I tried to check in at 1:57 pm, but it was rejected. The check-in queue was very long and moved extremely slowly. The hotel should be a bit more flexible with check-in time, especially considering how slow the system is. It feels strange to have all guests start checking in at the same time when the process is not efficient. Also, the check-out time is 11:30 am instead of the usual 12:00 pm, which is uncommon in Indonesia."

"Nice location, nice service for 3 starts apartments. We were upgraded to Van Gogh room for free! A bit old furniture, equipment. Very noisy from the street (very crowded and trafficked area). Staff is nice and very friendly. Has pool and gym. Big free parking. "

"The service provided by the staff is heartfelt and truly wonderful. However, the entire building has become dilapidated, which has significantly lowered our satisfaction. In particular, as shown in the attached photo, the windows are not properly fixed, and there are a few mosquitoes in the room. Although renovation is necessary, this investment has been neglected for a long time."

"When we arrived, the only type of the room that available is the smoking room, while we order the non-smoking room. So we decided to upgrade into deluxe room for the non-smoking room. The facilities in deluxe room here standard, but some amenities was only given one, so we have to call the recepsionist to ask for the additional, the phone call in my room was nearly broken, I have to adjust the cable until I able to have a call with recepsionist."

"Stayed here 4 nights and paid about 767 AED total, which is actually very good value for Jakarta. The main reason I chose this hotel was its direct connection to Mal Ciputra Jakarta, which turned out to be extremely convenient. 👍 What Was Good Staff effort The staff were genuinely helpful and polite. When problems happened with the room, they assisted with luggage and helped move me twice without much resistance. They also later tried to make up for the experience by offering an executive dinner at the lounge on the 17th floor, which I appreciated. Gym Surprisingly good for a hotel gym. It’s well equipped and spacious, easily one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Breakfast buffet Breakfast was solid with good variety. No complaints there. Location & mall access This is honestly 75% of the reason to book this hotel. Being directly connected to the mall is extremely convenient for food, shopping and avoiding Jakarta traffic. ⚠️ Where Things Went Wrong Room issues and multiple changes I had to change rooms twice. • First time was around 2 AM after arrival because the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom felt quite dilapidated. • The next morning I had to move again because the AC wouldn’t go below 23°C, which made the room uncomfortable. The third room they gave me was more modern and functional, although slightly smaller. At least the bathroom and AC worked properly. Food quality: This was probably the biggest disappointment. One evening in the lobby I ordered chicken spring rolls and whiskey, and unfortunately bit into a bone inside the spring roll, which was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff removed the dish from the bill and offered a fruit plate, but it still left a bad impression. The à la carte food was also underwhelming. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries for around 354,530 IDR, and the pizza honestly tasted like a frozen pizza that had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked. Room service was similarly average. 🚧 Facilities The swimming pool was under construction, so I didn’t get to try it. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say 3 to 3.5 stars. The location, gym, and staff effort were good, but the room issues and disappointing food quality brought the experience down. Would I stay again? Possibly for the location and mall access, but I would definitely skip ordering food at the hotel next time."

"The room at first glance looks clean but under the mattress there is a lot of garbage, the breakfast is not separated, choose the menu, only fried rice or noodles, in front of the elevator there are dirty dishes from when I checked in to check out not taken too"
