I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly each day, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it easy to get around without spending too much time on transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center. Both were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property, which was especially helpful for staying connected with family and handling a few work-related tasks. The hotel is very clean and at a very good location. The hotel environment seems very youthful and the lobby and breakfast area is very wide and comfortable. The room is slightly small but that's ok for this price. They even provide complimentary lunch the moment you check into the hotel. The breakfast variety is a lot. Definitely worth it to stay here.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. This was my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be my last. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the room was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly large, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The only small hiccup was that housekeeping forgot to refill the shower gel, but it was quickly overlooked because everything else exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have breakfast as I don’t usually eat much in the morning, so I can’t comment on the dining experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were very dirty; it felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up very early by roosters crowing, even though I had asked the front desk staff to put me in a quieter location. The service staff, however, were all very good and had a great attitude. Breakfast was just okay.

Great hotel in a good spot of the city with transport connections just a 10 min walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the security staff outside, always helping to locate our taxis! Rooftop bar was a bonus - a great place to catch a Jakarta sunset. Room was very small, but you know what you’re getting at this value in a big city - very clean though and such a comfy bed! Would stay again, but would pick a room with a window for better ventilation!

Everything was beautiful, really comfortable. The staff are very attentive, and the stay was lovely. The breakfast was very complete and the location perfect.

I've stayed here twice now, and overall it's good, but this time the room was smaller even though it was the same deluxe type. Also, the shower room door was a bit stiff, causing a noisy sound when opening and closing it.
