A fantastic stay from start to finish. This was my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be my last. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the room was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly large, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The only small hiccup was that housekeeping forgot to refill the shower gel, but it was quickly overlooked because everything else exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have breakfast as I don’t usually eat much in the morning, so I can’t comment on the dining experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

The lobby was elegant, the common areas were always clean, and the environment felt peaceful and safe. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast, which was very convenient during my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast — there were many delicious options and everything tasted fresh. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It is close to restaurants, shops, and many popular attractions, making it very easy to get around. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing at night. What impressed me the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly with genuine friendliness and care. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers great service, clean and comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and a warm atmosphere. I would happily stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It's super clean and smells amazing. The aesthetics are incredible. Overall, it's really good!

I like the industrial concept and the esthetics design. The location is near culinary and malls. Good for business and leisure. But I'm not sure for the cleanliness. I had to face dirty plates in the alley for days and no staffs initiated to clean it up. The pool area also dirty, no one initiated to clean the trash and there were lots of cigarette butts in the area. I have to remind every hour to the PA for cleaning my room. I don't know maybe they lack of staff? But they have private PA for every guest i think this is a plus. And overall they have an excellent service for tye guest. So,, thank you.

Very clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool and a great buffet breakfast. The shower takes a long time to warm but eventually there is warm water. I really loved the buffet breakfast with both Western and Indonesian cuisine. The location is also great.

I loved the hotel. My friend stayed at Shangrila and I felt traffic was really bad there and check in and out took so long for them. I like fuss free hotels with good amenities in good location. Enjoyed my stay and had a really good rest! Loved the bed, TV was huge!

The cleanliness of the room, makes us feel cozy and comfortable. Food also got variety of choices and tasty too. Hotel near to shopping mall and other attraction places. Easy when dealing with frontline staff and room ready within few minutes. Recommended hotel to stay when in Jakarta 👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.
