"Friendly staff who greeted us warmly, remembered what I told them and helped arrange our spa. Very good location. Just a few minutes walk to the Mekong River Night Market and the Night Food Market. Amazing, must-try breakfast!"
"The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the lobby staff are polite and speak both Chinese and English well. They are very helpful with calling taxis. It’s an excellent hotel. A special thanks to the staff. The facilities, including the outdoor pool and gym, are top-notch. The cleanliness is beyond reproach, truly world-class. The Chinese artisan spirit ensures the hotel is spotless. Every ten minutes or so, cleaning staff are seen inspecting and tidying the public areas. Watching their busy figures gave us guests a sense of peace. As for the environment, no one in Laos would dare claim to be second best after this place. Watching the sunrise through the window at dawn is incredibly romantic. In the evening, sitting at the sky bar, seeing so many beautiful men and women in pairs, groups, and clusters, truly brings to mind the ancient poem, 'I only envy mandarin ducks, not immortals.' Beautiful women and talented men gathered to envision their future together."
