The hotel service was good. The deposit was 200,000 LAK. The location is decent, and it's easy to get a taxi. The lobby is quite small, and the breakfast wasn't good. The hot water was unstable this time, not sure why.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the WiFi was not working at all, which was already frustrating. This was our second day at the hotel, and we hadn’t experienced any mosquito issues on the first night, so what happened next was both surprising and unacceptable. In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the bathroom and found the entire room filled with mosquitoes. Both my girlfriend and I ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies, making it extremely uncomfortable to rest. I called reception to report the issue and ask for help, but the response was unhelpful. I was simply told to close the balcony door—which was not open in the first place and hadn’t been left open during the day either. This made the explanation feel dismissive, and it seemed more likely that the mosquitoes had entered through the air ventilation system. When I asked if they had any mosquito repellent or could offer a solution, I was told they didn’t have anything available. With no real assistance provided, we had no choice but to sleep fully covered under the duvets from head to toe just to avoid further bites. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and poorly handled experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

Excellent location near the Mekong River, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. The room was clean and spacious, with a simple yet elegant decor, and I particularly liked the pretty tissue box. The front desk staff was very patient. Breakfast was a bit simple.

The room is very spacious, especially the bathroom area. It offers excellent value for money and is one of the few modern-style hotels in Laos at this price point. Plus, you get free bicycle use, which saves a lot of hassle and is enough to visit nearby attractions. Breakfast is also thoughtfully prepared, simple yet practical.

Our room was set back from the road, so it was nice and quiet at night. The owner is Chinese, which made communication very easy, and they were also incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an affordable and practical place to stay, this is a great choice.

The hotel has good sanitary conditions, the food is fresh, tastes good, the quantity is sufficient, and it is delicious. I will come again next time.

This hotel is pretty good! For the price, this new hotel offers excellent value for money. Although there was some construction noise during the day in the surrounding area, the front desk is staffed 24/7 and they were very proactive in helping resolve any issues. The hotel is in a prime location, making it very convenient to get around. A big thank you to the front desk for helping with taxis! 🙏

My stay at Vientiane Tiangai Hotel truly exceeded expectations; the experience was fantastic! The hotel has its own swimming pool, the water is clean, and after a good swim, relaxing on the nearby lounge chairs was incredibly comfortable. The view from the room window was absolutely stunning – expansive cityscapes during the day and beautiful night views in the evening, making every photo look great. The location couldn't be better; transportation is super convenient. Taxis and public transport make getting anywhere very easy, no hassle at all for sightseeing. The biggest surprise was how close it is to the night market; just a few minutes' walk. It was super convenient to grab some snacks after dinner. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Being able to enjoy the pool and views, while also having such convenient access to shopping and attractions, makes it perfect for both tourists and short stays. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean. Recommended for tourists, you can walk and take pictures of Pratu Chai. There is a restaurant next to the school, near the embassy residences of various countries. The staff are good and clean. The school can call for a car.
