As instalações são bem simples. Tem uma excelente localização, bem no centro proximo a bares e comércio. Se alguém se incomoda com barulho, não deve se hospedar neste hotel, o trem passa bem perto. O café da manhã é simples mas bem variado . O quarto é bem pequeno e tem tv e ar condicionado. Pelo o que oferece, acho que o valor da diária é muito alto

Mas nunca mais vou voltar a este local!!!! QUE ENGANHAÇÃO!! Tinha lida na descrição: "...privilegiada localização, o ambiente acolhedor faz com que o Hotel Nelo seja o hotel preferido daqueles que buscam facilidade em seus negócios. O Hotel Nelo é uma organização dinâmica e em continua evolução, apresentando novidades em serviços....." Gente, como me senti enganado!!! Vamos ver o que o prioritário vai dizer depois de ler os meu comentário, vamos lá: Primeiro cobraram mais caro por causa do ar-condicionado split, em vez de ar-condicionado de parede. Bom, tudo bem. Aí vc chega ao local, é um hotel simples, mais velho do que novo. O quarto minúsculo pelo preço caro que cobraram, mais de R$ 250,00 por noite!!!! Aí vc deita e percebe que a cama é velha, sabe aquela de mola velha. Para fechar a janela tem um black-out velho e a janela é mais velha ainda. Aí começou: O hotel é em cima do PUB STANNIS, escutei o som TODO!!! Até meia noite. Aí fechou o PUB e as pessoas continuam a festa na rua, bem na frente da minha janela. QUE BELEZA!!!! Para fechar com a chave de ouro, quando finalmente tentei dormir a 1hora de manhã, chegou o TREM!!! QUE PASSA BEM A FRENTE DO QUARTO!!! Gente, não da! Cobra mais caro do que o Mercure com este nível, esqueçam! Não da. O Hotel é velho, vc escuta tudo nos outros quartos tb, não tem elevador..... NUNCA MAIS VOU AÍ E NÂO RECOMENDO PARA NINGÚEM PAGAR CARO PARA ISSO!!
