The Deluxe Sea View Family Room was clean and quiet, and housekeeping did a great job, providing free drinking water daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of nutritious options including both Asian and Western dishes. The hotel is very close to the airport and within walking distance to various shopping centers. We were very satisfied and would recommend it to friends or family.

The room wasn't huge, but the bathroom was very clean, which made it feel fresh. The facilities were simple but functional. The walls were a bit thin though, as I could hear conversations from the next room. The hotel is very close to Jeju Airport, less than a 10-minute taxi ride away. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but the quality was decent with a good variety of typical Japanese and Korean breakfast items.

I personally like the location. Near to airport. Taxi fare less than 6500won. Bus Stop just outside of the hotel. 7-11 next door too. Didn't try out the breakfast, gym and swimming pool so no comments on that. Understood that 2000won is needed for towel fee if you choose to swim. You can find their 2 wasing machines and 2 dryers at B2. 5000won for washing and 5000won for drying. 500won for a small pack of powder detergent. Thank you to the ajummas that did room cleaning, they were friendly and well mannered. Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff instead, they weren't as friendly as I would hope them to be. The front staff just asked us for our name and the number of luggage and gave as a tag which we need to tag it on our luggage ourselves. and also, the luggage we would have to leave them at the ba Luggage area and collect ourselves once we were done. This can be better managed by the hotel front desk staff than the hotel guests instead. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Health Road. The hotel is small but the rooms are quite clean, and the heating works very well. However, the soundproofing isn't great. The front desk staff speak English, and there's also a lady who speaks Chinese during the day. Overall, it's good.

I stayed in the hotel tor just one night. Hotel looks very nice on the outside! Room was very nicely decorated. Bed and toilet was clean. Table and cups was clean too. Looks like there is a bit of dust on the table but that is fine. TV works great! Most importantly, I felt safe as a solo female traveller. However, I could hear noise from outside inside the hotel room late at night/early morning. Noise insulation not the best for light sleepers. Also, a shout out to the male hotel staff at the counter, for helping me to call a cab to get to the airport. Only cost me (5000-6000) for the cab each way (Hotel - Airport). I only waited 5 minutes and took another 7 minutes to reach the airport. This hotel is very convenient to stay if you want to stay near the airport.

The hotel is a short drive from the airport and 7-11 store is next door. The hotel is a bit outdated and the beds are too soft for us. Easy walk to McDonald, coffee and bake shops.

Good nice clean property . Central location. We selected it as it was walking from the car rental. It’s also a10-15 wins walk to both the duty free. Didn’t use the amenities. Rooms are a bit small but value for money
