房間有點垃圾，我實話實説，150住的，我主要是和我在太原住的90元的酒店比的
大小很窄
電視不能用，什麼不給插，插座也有一個壞的
廁所會倒吐，反味。還漏水往外滲，洗澡的水遲遲下不去。水管生的鐵銹 沒話説，將就了一天🤨
洗澡的沒有一次性毛巾和浴巾，沒有一次性刮鬍刀
一次性拖鞋也是要的（這個還算正常）
床底下有塞紙和垃圾那些的露出來了個角
環境：那個床也不乾淨，枕頭更是沒話説（上面全是煙頭燙的）
可能是沒有收保障金，客人瞎搞呢就
我們早去了1個小時多收了20，早去3個小時是60，4個小時是80。
好處衹有兩點可以 進房時間比較早，不收按金，也衹有這兩個了，老闆也還行

從來不給差評，但我真的憑着良心！別來了 我進屋子桌子 凳子 牀頭櫃全積很厚的灰，屋子裡都是灰塵味道。衞生間很臟 我不想具體描述了。門鎖，床頭燈 燈的開關很多都是壞的，感覺很不安全的樣子。屋子裡一層灰，呆了十多分鐘實在受不了就提前退房了。定了兩晚，衹能退一晚，不想起爭執，我認了，就説有事情提前離開，留點體面。美女們甚住！

總體來説還算可以的。
在中心區，離濟南火車站和大觀園步行大概15分鐘就能到。
附近吃的也算多，樓下公車站去大明湖也算方便。
