之前看了其他客人評價，懷著忐忑的心情入住，中央空調主機已開啓（證明管理層很重視客人意見）。從整體設計、園區綠植、到服務員的熱情都非常滿意，尤其客房清潔阿姨，讓上感到格外亲切。早餐品種齊全，有一些小細節已經建議給管理層。陶溪川是文藝青年的打卡地，很有創意，值得一來

在景德鎮住了四個晚上，凱悦和川上行各兩晚，個人來説更喜歡川上行的愜意寧靜，凱悦大堂實在太吵了…酒店是新開的所以硬件設施沒得説，服務也是棒棒噠！酒店貼心的準備了一次性浴缸袋，泡個澡緩解我一天兩萬多步的崩潰😂酒店的建築設計我也很喜歡，拍照很出片，總得來説超出我的預期，硬要説不太滿意的地方就是早餐略微遜色，沒有凱悦的好吃，希望酒店提升一下，想要鬧中取靜的遊客可以選擇這家！

位置就在陶溪川裏面，打車可以直接到門口，前台的小姐姐會幫忙拿行李送到房間；房間很幽靜，阿姨打掃衞生時還貼心的幫忙疊好了睡衣，每天都有歡迎水果，飲用水充足；早餐也算豐富了，該有的都有，而且乾淨衞生，這邊的特色早餐也會有，門口能遇到值班的小哥也很禮貌的打招呼.

到達景德鎮已經比較晚了，因為非節假日，又是工作日，就沒提前預訂，看了一圈酒店都不怎麼樣，於是就選擇這家，因為新開的，而且在一個非常淡季的時候再景德鎮賣1500的房間想着應該不會太差，到達後發現整體環境還可以，但是設計的很詭異，走去房間路上會淋到雨，難道設計之初不考慮這個問題嗎？然後因為下了一夜暴雨，整個酒店都出漏水，過道，連地下車庫都漏水。最最最讓我受不了的是當地氣温25度，下暴雨很悶熱，我在預訂前電話問酒店有空調嗎？告知有的，入住發現沒有，因為加了客服微信，微信問他們有嗎，回答我們幫你調了，還以為房間調的大概沒用，結果還是不行，打前台另外個人回覆我們沒有空調，衹有新風，我問能給我解決一下嗎？直接回覆沒辦法，我愣住了，打開攜程一看原來不是酒店，是民宿，衹不過規模比較大，終於理解了，民宿始終是民宿，設計考慮都不會周全，最讓我氣憤的是，我預訂前電話問，入住微信問，你都回答我有空調，可以用，還給我調，但是實際是不能用，這和欺詐銷售有什麼區別？這種情況下我想五星通常會免房費或者通過贈送一晚賠償，可是這家告知我給你延遲半天，我有自己行程，我要你半天難道一個白天在你酒店睡覺嗎？後來無奈想妥協協商要求他們退半天房費，不願意，衹願意給一個協議價，無奈通過攜程。最終攜程多次溝通後回覆差價我們申請彌補給你，吐槽那麼多我想説不管民宿還是酒店，你在一個城市賣到這個城市奢華酒店的價格，服務是不是也應該跟上？空調這種東西應該給用户自行選擇很難嗎？你們的房間物品用料值得推薦好評，例如洗浴設備，馬桶，水龍頭，吹風機，都是好評項目，但是一個人性化直接讓住客失望，能入住你們酒店的人不在乎費用，但是想要一個硬件軟件跟得上的配套，希望管理層能好好解決這些問題！

本來想提前一點入住的，但是沒有空房，這一點有點遺憾。裏面設施齊全，外面都是樹，空氣清新，早晨坐在室外吹風很舒服。早餐的種類還蠻豐富的，每種都吃了一點，中飯都快吃不下。最後我朋友説，要感謝前台小姐姐給我們申請的延時退房～

酒店周圍環境很好，旁邊就是陶溪川，喜歡的茉酸奶旁邊也有賣的。如果開車去直接下旁邊的停車場，或者提前打前台電話問問，前台服務是這裏麪最差的，不會提前聯繫你，也不會提前加你微信。

3.8晚上到的，貼心得準備了甜點、花還有面膜～
浴缸還配了一次性泡澡袋～
入住期間的各種繁瑣需求管家都能儘量滿足，服務質量很好～
喜歡酒店的結構設計，有陽光的日子真的很美～ 自助早餐品類很豐富，吃了兩天發現並不是完全重複的，每天都有新的品類，中式配粥的冷菜有6種，第二天竟然6種全換了，感覺太用心了～
建議：
這個價位
洗漱用品可以換更高級點的（歐舒丹or百瑞德or…）
早餐的咖啡可以挑選更好的咖啡豆配上咖啡機～
暫時想到這麼多😜

新開的酒店位置很方便，在陶溪川裏，有地下停車場，硬件不錯，房間內吹風機是戴森的，每天送水果，婦女節還送了蛋糕和牛奶。但也是因為是新酒店各方面培訓還不夠到位，門口沒有迎賓，要自己拿着行李下坡去大堂，大堂衹有兩位工作人員，同時衹能辦理一位住客的事，然後辦完行李領我們去房間的人員也沒有幫助拿行李，進到房間還看到了地面和衞生間上位客人留下來的垃圾。三點半到酒店辦入住居然還沒有房，等到五點半才出來，做衞生的人手也不夠，第二天一點離開酒店四點回到酒店房間衞生還沒做… 多招點人加強培訓吧
