Nice for family under budget

I asked the service staff and they said that the lights on the balcony were broken. On the third and fourth days, I stayed in a suite. The suite room was very spacious. I bought some beer and barbecue that night. I was thinking about having a drink with my wife, but when I got back to the hotel at night, I found that the light in the living room was broken again. I was speechless at the time, so I asked the staff, and they said that it was broken by the previous guest. They asked someone to fix it the next day. I didn't say anything at the time, but I found out that I told the hotel staff more than twice the next day that the light in the room must be fixed. On the second night, it was still broken. When I asked the staff, they were just shirking responsibility, which was very disappointing. I basically groped in the dark in the living room at night for the past two days, and I was in no mood at all. Then I was preparing to go to Kunming. I asked the hotel staff the night before if they could take us there, and then the hotel said that I had to pay 30 yuan for the fare, but the taxi was only 20 😅. Generally speaking, the four-day stay experience was very bad. We were out for fun and would only be in the hotel at night, and the light was still broken, which was outrageous.
