The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was absolutely incredible and incredibly helpful! 🥹 We were in a frantic rush, almost missing our high-speed train. We quickly called a taxi, and she immediately jumped in to help with our luggage, even arranging for it to be sent directly from the hotel to the train station. She was so kind, constantly assisting us with our bags and loading them into the car! The hotel also offers an excellent pickup service. They picked us up directly from the high-speed train station and brought us to the hotel. The service was fantastic, and the vehicle was spacious and spotless. Our driver, a lovely lady, was incredibly warm and even brought us some small fruits from Nuoji Mountain (she called them 'Sanya fruits,' tasting like mini mangosteens!). The hotel's location in Gaozhuang is truly unbeatable! It's super close to the Starlight Night Market, surrounded by numerous restaurants and fruit shops. In the evenings, there are also plenty of delicious street food stalls! Overall, the hotel service was excellent! The breakfast area, located on the other side, also offered a wonderful ambiance. Our room was very clean and even included a washing machine, which was incredibly handy for laundry. We ran out of hangers and requested nine more, which were promptly delivered to our room. Honestly, the front desk staff really saved the day when we were almost late for our train! Seriously, everyone, you absolutely *must* stay at this hotel! It's also super convenient to order takeout from popular Xishuangbanna 'influencer' spots. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for snapping some gorgeous photos!

My family of three stayed in Xishuangbanna for one night. Disillusioned by the involutionary experience and the nationwide business model, we wanted to explore the surrounding landscapes and discover a poetic and rural scene. After browsing a dazzling array of popular online B&Bs, we chose this one because of its professional and solid renovations. The renovations were completed in 2024, and it officially opened in September 2025. Free shuttle service was also provided. With the intention of giving it a try, we contacted the hotel receptionist and arranged to book after viewing the property. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, and the views from the infinity pool and panoramic lobby were just perfect. The receptionist accompanied us throughout the entire tour. They offered free afternoon tea, coffee, freshly squeezed juice, laundry and drying services, a free travel photography package, and a shared study room and gym. It was a perfect fit for our needs, allowing us to fully enjoy our children. It was fantastic! 👍👍👍 The breakfast was top-notch for a B&B, with both Chinese and Western options. The vegetables and fruits were high-quality, fresh, and delicious. There was an ample supply of yogurt and milk, and the stir-fried dishes and hot noodles were authentic, something most B&Bs and hotels can't offer. The laundry we handed over to the staff was washed and dried within a few hours—extraordinarily efficient. On our first day, we noticed we didn't have a high chair. I mentioned it, and the hotel purchased one that same day. The next day, it was even delivered to our room for our baby to use. So touching! Thank you again! 🙏🙏🙏 I had planned to try a few more hotels the next day, but when I thought about these touching moments, I canceled my plans and extended my stay for two more days. 😂😂😂 When traveling with children, encountering a hotel like this is truly a blessing and a blessing.
