The staff are super nice, maybe the nicest I met in China.
The hotel look nice but in the middle of nowhere, 1 hour away from Juzhai Valley nature resort.
I give bad comment since this hotel cost 5 times more than any average hotel in this area and didn't have AC.
The room was steaming hot and the AC was working only on heat.
We have been told it is still consider winter (it was 30+ degrees outside during daytime) so they disable the cold function and just give us a fan but the room was so hot none of us slept which in my book it doesn't matter how nice the hotel is, if I can't sleep because of the hotel bad infetracture the hotel is worthless.
It's really pitty since the staff was super friendly and nice to us but I guess they couldn't do anything because of management decisions
For 2 night all of us slept 1-3 hours a night because it was way too hot and we need to drive 7 hours back to Chengdu, it was a nightmare and makes our road extreamly dangerous.

The hotel service is very nice, me and my friends enjoy staying here. However, there’s a problem with the ac during my stay, which give a bit of an unconvinience. Overall is ok.

Very good hotel, great value for money. Xiao He at the front desk is very kind and answers all questions. I hope I can stay here again next time. Good memories. The breakfast is also very good, very suitable for children. The preserved egg and lean meat porridge is very popular with adults❤️

I came during the off-season and was upgraded to Delta, which is in Jiuzhaigou County. It's really nice to stay here and drive less the next day. The service staff are very good, Xiao He, Xiao Wang and Xiao Yue at the front desk are highly recommended.

High cost performance, but in Jiuzhaigou County, there is no street light for a long section of the road when driving from Jiuzhaigou at night. It seems that everyone upgrades to Delta during the off-season. It is good, but the hotel has power outages twice at night. I was using the toilet and the smart toilet could not flush 😅
