service is good, not far from intercity bus stop just 400 meters away, not far from Jiuzhaigou entrance gate, near shopping area less than 100 meters , with several good restaurant

Booked this hotel on a whim as I had to stay in Jiuzhaigou unexpectedly. The hotel is fairly close to entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, about a. 30 minute walk. There isn't much around the area except for a convenience store. The staff is pleasant and the lobby of the hotel looks great. The breakfast provided was basic but there was some variety and it was delicious. The room is an optimal size but the bathroom was fairly small. There is Wifi and cable TV as well as a AC/heater that kept me warm.
There was hair from previous guests in the corner of the room and the shampoo/body wash and especially the toothpaste could be of better quality.

Everything in the room was broken.
The toilet was stuck, when taking a shower the whole bathroom would get flooded and the AC didn’t work.
Would not stay here again !!!

The lobby has coffee, milk tea, and coconut milk for free. They are delicious and free. The environment is nice. The service attitude is very good. Breakfast service is provided. It is very close to the scenic spot. It takes more than ten minutes to walk there. There are also small shops around, which are convenient for purchase.
