Very close to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, about 5 minutes by foot. During our stay we use the hot spring bath which is clean and refreshing. Need to inform them about 1/2 hour for them to prepare and fill up with water. There are mineral water, tea and free snacks in the lobby. Room very spacious and clean, all electric item control by Xiaodu smart voice control. Customer service is good, courtesy and friendly. Have a very good stay!

Good experience with this hotel while traveling in Jiuzaigou. The location is very near to Jiuzaigou national park and you can find restaurants nearby the hotel. Everything is walking distance so it is very convenient. Recommend to book room with breakfast. But it will be Chinese style breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at Rezen Retreat·Four Seasons Manju Hotel near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel is located just a short drive from the park entrance, making it a convenient place to stay for early visits to Jiuzhaigou.
The hotel has a charming design with a cozy, boutique feel. My room was clean, warm, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful mountain views. The bed was comfortable, and the heated floors were a nice touch, especially during the colder months.
Staff were polite and helpful, though English was limited. However, they were always friendly and tried their best to assist with anything I needed.
Overall, this hotel is a great value choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou who are looking for comfort and local charm in a peaceful setting.

Onsen is more like a public common bath. Probably due to non peak season, during our stay, only 1 tub was filled out of 4. It is shared between both male and female hence you will need to be in your swim suit.
Breakfast is definitely a must to get as nearest food is about 10min walk and the shops don't open early.
Nonetheless, the view is amazing, the room is amazing, amenities in the room are awesome too! Identical to pictures provided. They also provide unique tea and facial masks!! Toiletries are replaced promptly.

It’s a very close to the park entrance - only 5 minutes by foot. It’s also 10mins walk from restaurants and bus terminal. The hotel is new and clean - it’s so new that it’s still undergoing renovation / expansion so there were construction happening in the hotel premises.

Overall experience stil acceptable. The only things need to improve is the water for shower. The hotel is walkable distance to national park and to places for food.

Rezen Retreat Hotel Jiuzhaigou was amazing! Cozy room with floor heater, strong hot water pressure, delicious breakfast spread, and a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended!not to forget it’s just a leisure 5mins walk to jiuzhaigou park entrance and nearby restaurant

Nice hotel! Best location and nicest room! Love it but please make sure don’t go to hot spring alone cause accidents could happen any time :( and the water is SUPER HOT
