Very near to Jiuzhai Valley National Park. The service is really good and the bath very comfy. In the early morning the breakfast is a little crowded as everyone wants to go to the park but there are enough places and food for everyone.

Recently I’ve stayed in this hotel and was very pleased with it. The location is great, 5 minutes walking distance to the valley, plenty of restaurants around. 5 minutes walking to the nearest coffee shop. Also you can get coffee in the hotel 24/7. Breakfast buffet is Chinese style but has enough options to choose from. Hotel room is actually great, clean with all the necessary amenities. I’d highly recommend staying here when you visit Jiuzhaigou ❤️

Super close to jiuzhaigou park. We had the zen room which came with a little zen tea area. It’s a smart room where you can communicate with the AI assistant to play music, provide weather forecasts, close the curtains etc. the only downside was that we were close to the road and you can still hear the traffic late at night

We had a great stay at Rezen. The location is 5' walk to the scenic spot. There are many food options nearby like McDonald's, Mina hotpot and local restaurants. Hotels provide toothbrushes and gifts for my kids. Amenities provided including facial masks, toothbrushes, combs and razors. The room is clean and the hotel smells nice. There is laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Breakfast options are 👍. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange transfers between the hotel and huanglong station at a good price. Overall, we had a great stay at Rezen.

Booked 4 rooms and only 1 room had a bad experience on the 1st night, aircon is not working well and hotel in charge claimed hotel is fully booked and cannot change room and offer either put a fan in the room or refund us the charges and asked us to book another hotel which is already 10pm!
The next day morning, another guest was complaining to the receptionist that there was also no aircon for the 3 rooms she booked.
Location wise is good. 5 mins walk to the national park. So really depends on luck which room you will get.

The hotel location is very convenient, just the room smaller than what I expected. And I can hear ppl flushing toilet at night, very noisy.

Awesome stay! Close to entrance and also walkable distance to eateries. Rooms is new and nicely decorated. Shower water is sometimes hot and cold, but overall highly recommended!!
