Highly recommend this hotel if you come to Jiuzhaigou! it is worth the money!!! The hotel is located a little bit far from center and Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic (around 20km) but no worries about this because the hotel have a free shuttle bus to drop & pick up (at 8:10 and pick up at 17:00) The hotel rooms are very big, fully equipped with all the amenities you need and especially the rooms are very clean. It’s far from center so it’s lack of activities at night but i’m fine with this. ^^

Jiuzhai Paradise InterContinental Hotel, after staying here, greatly exceeded expectations. The accommodation environment is incoherent, the room with balcony in the primeval forest, as if living in the wonderland of the Wizard of Oz. We had yak beef hot pot for dinner. After coming down from Huanglong, eating hot pot to drive away the cold is comfortable. The breakfast also exceeded expectations. It is much better than the breakfast in our 5-star hotel in Chengdu. The service staff has a very good attitude. Especially the restaurant staff. The attitude is particularly good.

The room is not big. It was already night when we drove to Jiuzhaigou. Two hotel staff were waiting. It might be late, and there was no service. I went back to rest at 4 pm the next day. It happened that the hotel was checking the room. I rang the doorbell twice and swiped the card to enter directly. It was useless to lock the door from the inside. It was very embarrassing. My boyfriend and I lay down. I asked the staff why they didn't knock on the door. She said she knocked, but she didn't hear it. And it took less than 30 seconds to enter before and after ringing the doorbell. This experience was not good. The facilities in the room, the water in the shower room was very small, and the hot water was slow at night, but it was okay during the day. The hotel is next to the Aegean Sea. To be honest, there was nothing fun in November. The breakfast was also relatively simple, with few varieties. The only thing worth praising is that the hygiene is okay, and the cleaning aunt is serious and responsible in her work.

The environment is very good. I thought it would be very cold when I stayed there during the National Day, but the heating in the room was sufficient and it was not cold at all. It was great. Very clean and good-looking. There is no independent bathroom. It is a public washing area, but it is very clean and overall good. The only thing was that there were tourists in the scenic area in the morning, and it was quite noisy after 7 o'clock. There would be people walking around, taking pictures at the door, and zipping up our tent, which was quite speechless. But the hotel service is good, and they also gave hot spring tickets, which solved the problem of washing up.

The double bed room I booked was inexplicably not available, and I still have to make up the price difference of tens of dollars. It’s not clear whether this problem is caused by Ctrip’s misplacement of rooms or by the hotel’s mishandling. In the end, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and I insisted that there was no way I could make up the price difference. Either I could sleep in a standard room, or they would give me a double bed room. With the coordination of the front desk, I was not asked to make up the price difference, and the only condition was that I would come to the platform to give a good review. Haha, I can only tell the truth. Otherwise, I would definitely give a bad review for the attitude. High cost-effectiveness, walking distance to and from Jiuzhaigou ”county” bus station is about fifteen minutes to half an hour. The consumption in the county (Nanping Town) is relatively low compared to the scenic area. There is a special bus (6 am and 6 pm) to and from Jiuzhaigou Goukou Scenic Area, with one bus every half an hour and limited seats, and the fare is N yuan!
